Do Not order from them i spent over 500 dollars on items and it is horrible i thought the dresses said nike it say ike and me shirts are horrible faded out don't fit lord have mercy and took over a month to receive this mess

I’d give it no stars if possible. I saw someone wearing one of the ghost masks and it looked like a good thing. I ordered 5. What I received what a shoddy, ill fitting, useless piece of hard plastic that raps around your ear and is so hard an inflexible, I could barely put it on. Once I got it on, it did not fit my face, huge gaps between the mask and my face. Utterly useless to me. I have a small head and the width of the ear pieces is so small I could not get it on easily. It can’t be worn with glasses. The kicker is the beast why can do is a 30% refund. What a waste. Do not buy the ear or you will be sorely disappointed.

The boxes came crushed (probably happened in the mail) luckily the product was strong enough not the get broken. Otherwise happy with everything.

I made a purchase of 200.00 to never receiving my merchandise, called for a refund an additional 100.00 went missing from my account. When calling back my number had been block from multiple number. Please be aware this is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t give this merchant 1 star

The communication make you feel like it’s a scam, to me they just don’t care.
Come up with so many excuses and lies about new polices. Been over three weeks still haven’t received a email of status update or shipment label being received for tracking.. NOTHING !

I ordered a "Silicone" face mask, it can bend and shape into your face. What i got, in a bashed box, was a hard plastic mask, too big for my face, and obviously does not bend and fit into your face. I sent them an email asking for details on how to send it back, as there was no returns label, im still waiting on a reply!

The item was squashed when delivered, damaging the packaging. I had hoped the facemasks were made of soft silicone but they are hard clear plastic and therefore not as comfortable as expected.

Ordered on April 21, 2021 and still NOTHING! Definitely would NOT be ordering anything again! And that's even if I receive what I've ordered at all!!!!

It took awhile to get here But customer service was very understanding and helpful yes I got my package thank you

I bought $1,076 worth of merchandise, It's been two weeks and it has not been shipped. Keep in mind I paid $326 for express/fast shipping and I keep hearing the same excuse that the merchandise is already packaged. That they will ship as soon as possible. Be careful when buying from CBR style.

I received my order. I was overall pleased pretty much with it except that half of the rhinestones on the mask that said "faith over fear " were missing. I cannot wear this one because it is noticeable. The other were fine.
