Excellent service. The supplying manufacturer had not included a particular cable When informed CCKTECH supplied the relevant cable. The best way to find out if you have an excellent supplier is how they deal with problems. CCKTECH Is one of those excellent suppliers.

Easy to setup, super fast data transfer.
Easy to order. Was able to change delivery date easily. The item is really well built solid yet compact, sits nicely next to the iMac. Hook up was a breeze with thunderbolt 3. Setting time machine backup was straight forward. Automatic backup has been set, as the drive is connected to Mac, so it’s set and forget. Data transfer was super fast. The drive is big enough to also backup other hard drives. I am going to setup backup for the MacBook, I’ve read that time machine will auto create separate folders for the iMac and MacBook and I can backup over wireless network or physically attach the MacBook to the hard drive directly. I would highly recommend this hard drive.

Always super helpful and great service! I have used CCK multiple times now and I’ve always been really impressed with how thorough the customer service is! When my recent raid system broke, instead of just automatically telling me I need to purchase a new one, John and Ian from CCK took the time to try and problem solve the issues with my current drive. Unfortunately the issue was not resolvable so John talked me through the various different options available to me enabling me to make a confident decision on which system was the best for me! I will continue to use them going forward and highly recommend them! :)
