Don't bother. Game stopped working a month after purchase. Still waiting for help from their customer service, and it's been close to 5 weeks of back and forth saying 'they're looking into it'. Total scam.

I recently bought a key, and while filling out the form made a mistake in the email address. The process of contacting customer support and correcting the error took less than 30 min, without any problems. I can wholeheartedly recommend the site for the costumer service alone.

Being one of there customers for some time now, until a couple of days ago, when my order was rejected. I used the same process that I used before, paid through paypal. Worked before, with no problems at all, until they sent me an email asking me to provide additional info...A photo of my ID (passport or driving licence) along with a sheet of paper with time and date and CDKeys.com written on it. Sent it, (as stupid as I am sending such stuff, but was wanting what I had paid for), and my order was rejected.by a member of their team. Their reason was "we are unable to verify the information on the ID." even tho it was clear enough to read, and asked to send a second time.
From start to finish, it was nothing but hassle. I asked why am I having to send such information, and they said because I have been flagged and need to verify that I am the real me, the one that is on my ID that I had sent. I sent email, why am I being flagged?Received no answer. Emailed again for a reply. Still no answer. I have been ignored, and treated unfairly by this company for no reason at all. The customer service you receive is seriously bad. Lucky enough, I received a full refund, tho I have to wait 3 days before it will be back into my bank account.
The experience and treatment I have received by CDKeys.com has made me lose all faith in them, and in turn will advice anyone to avoid and to shop elsewhere. Reading and seeing the poor online reviews doesn't surprise me in the slightest, considering the experience I have had with them. There lack of information and response to your questions, is nothing but shocking. I have since looked at other sites in hope of better and more reliable service.

Great price for a already redeemed 12 month Xbox gold live account code !?!?!?!
When contacted CDKeys they advised to contact Microsoft. I did this & MS confirmed the code had already been used & confirmed it wasn’t on my account but an account not even in the uk. They gave me all the details & included the exact time/date it was redeemed. They also confirmed that this is not an uncommon problem when using this company. When I reported these findings back to CDKeys they just ignored it, so sent again & ignored again, & again for a third & fourth time.
Save yourself the grief & pay the full asking price from MS for a trouble free purchase & put these muppets out of business or force them to be a honest business at least.

I do not know why this site has bad reviews, but always after the purchase gets the key to the email after about 3 minutes. All good.

I was a frequent customer at cdkeys until last night when my order was rejected. I used the same process that has worked before and it all looked okay until a member of their team called Pella emailed me saying it was rejected. I asked Pella for more information as nothing has went wrong on my end and she failed to provide any information at all beyond telling me I've been rejected. I asked her again for information and have been ignored so they must not be too bothered about their customers. The experience has dented my confidence in their brand and seeing the poor online reviews doesn't surprise me. There can be issues with payment but no excuse for their lack of information and response. I have since went to instant-gaming to buy my game and will pick them from now on as the service is great and their ratings are far superior.

Well purchased for a gift a season pass at the end of November.
Upon entering it stated it was used.
I've spoke to PlayStation etc who have no recolegtion of this code.
This dispute is ongoing with cd keys even now and they are constantly asking for same screen shots as proof.. I call it scraping the bottom of the barrel!
Screen shots have been sent of entering the code, What code states, what code is typed so it's correct and The ps account activity in question
And still will not refund me !!

Had a little bit of a hiccup 3 months ago. Ordered 3 month xbox live.Didnt get key right away. But it got resolved after a week going back and forth. Got my key.

Decided to do it again today. 3 month xbox live. It worked seamlessly. Happy with the price.

I highly recommend going PayPal with your purchase. They got your back if things go sideways. Not that I had to go that route.

Amazing I got my code instantly in a email very fast and no problems

Was brought a Code for the PlayStation online service.
I decided not to redeem this code when I received it as i was entering a very busy period of work.
Also as far as I'm aware you are unable to stack codes.
So I waited until recently, where I have found out it has been used. I contacted customer services to then be directed to PlayStation.
They told me it had been used but not on your account. (Duh)
I have emailed CDKEYS customer services twice more looking for a solution. Just to be ignored.
I am down a birthday present, my wife has lost money and my kids are unable to play as well.

They say it's instant delivery. Than they say my order needs to be reviewed by one of their agent for security reasons. They say it will be done in approximately 30 mins. 40 mins pass, still nothing happens.

Have used cd keys for years and never ever had a problem! I always purchase my Xbox live from here because it’s always cheaper sometimes half the price! Receive codes straight away always worked and easy to use, definitely recommend!
