it has a great collection of game keys sometimes with great affordable prices you get a 5% discount with facebook but can use it twice there's should have some sort of reward point system for the site or something? overall if you're looking for a game at a cheaper price it is a great site for you.

This is where I get all of my PSN cards from, would never buy from anywhere else! The first time you register and buy something from the site it can take an hour or so for your code to come through, any orders after that your code comes through instantly in a link, you just enter it in to your PSN redeem codes section and it’s instantly on your account. Most recently I purchased a 1 year PS plus subscription for £30 something pound... a big saving compared to everywhere else!

Ordered a PlayStation Plus Pass days ago but didn't receive a confirmation email or code. Have sent messages to customer service but have only had auto replies. I know that many people claim to have had success buying from them but am wondering how genuine this company is. They accepted my order and now won't even communicate. Gutted!

I’ve purchased many codes from this site and they were delivered almost instantly after purchase. Although I’ve heard some sketchy behavior can be at play on this site. As many sites like this do have sketchy business practices. I personally haven’t had any issues. It’s your call really. Just be cautious. I recommend them over G2A.com any day though.

Bought a £50 Steam Card from them.
They say that it will be available instantly, and just requires a download.
Download link tells me that my order is processing
Get an email 10 minutes later. It says that it will be available in 30 minutes.
40 minutes later I contact them. It has not become available.
10 minutes after I contact them, they respond and say that my order requires identification, such as passport.
I am not providing a company like this with my passport. I request a refund.

Don't use them! It's probably a scam! I only leave the second star because the refund appeared almost instantly in my PayPal.

The genuine article. Ive ordered games both pre-order and direct access for pc on steam, origin and uplay from them. Also dlc keys. This site offers products at the price the companies should price their products and has actually been the difference between me purchasing and not purchasing products. Ordered 20+ games and game collections from them in the past 2 years at great prices and the keys were instantly available to me through emails they send with a secure link. Every key received has instantly registered when entered. Never had any duplicate key problems. Some people may have had problems with them but i can't comment on that as i cant fault this site.

I got Dawn of war 3 from them, very good no problems, will use again.

I recently bought a 'Microsoft Gift Card from 'CD Keys' and after applying it to my account discovered it had an expiry date that was less than three months away (14 August 2017).

I contacted MS about this issue thinking the error was on their side, only to be informed that the code was from a 'Promotional Gift Card', which have an expiry date and not from a regular 'Microsoft Gift Card', which I supposedly purchased.

I contacted CDKeys regarding this issue and was virtually told 'Tough'.

They went on to say that once the code is redeemed, it gets linked to my account permanently, and cannot be undone. They also said their policy is that they cannot issue a replacement or refund on used digital goods as they were sent valid and unused and to use your balance before the expiry date.

All well and good if I was planning on purchasing something, but I'm not.

These points were only added to my account as I'd bought too many for a game my son wanted on his account and figured MS points don't expire, so I could use them any time in the future. How wrong was I?

CD Keys must think its customers don't mind going into a shop to spend money on something they don't want, but which they cannot even gift to someone else.

Fuxxing frauds if you ask me!

Used CD-Keys to buy a number of pieces of software at remarkably good prices. First time I was worried it might be dubious as it's so cheap, but it all works without a hitch and codes come through very quickly! Note that you are only buying a licence key e.g. for Steam, and not a box product. Also bear in mind that if you get an order wrong you may not be able to get a refund once you get the key (as you could have used it or passed it on), so double check you have the right thing before ordering!

Also - remember to LIKE them on Facebook to get a discount code!

Ordered wrong product by mistake - expansion pack instead of the base game - can I have a refund so I can buy the base game? - 'NO'. CDKeys said because the automatically generated CD Key has been received, no refund. Bit like buying the wrong sized trousers, trying them on and the shop saying 'no, we're not having them back, you've tried them on'. I can't even use the product even if I wanted to as I don't have the base game!! There's other download companies out there and I know I'll never be using CDKeys again.

My experience of this company is that they have excellent customer service.

I had a problem with a discount code and ended up ordering something at full price by mistake. I emailed them and even though it was an evening they replied within an hour and changed my order so that I was only charged the discounted price. Brilliant.
