Used this site many times over the last few years. They're my go to for reasonably priced gaming codes. Bar one hiccup where I'd had to provide ID as a security measure against bots all my codes have arrived instantly and worked perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Ordered Xbox live, had to jump through hoops first of all never received "security" text sent to my mobile, I had to use another number then it had to be manually approved which then took another 24 hours. How can a company who claim to offer instant keys have such a poor service. If you can't handle the requests on your site you need to employ more staff. You also need to cater for the fact that not everyone lives in the same country as where your based, so forcing people to stick to your office hours after you have taken their money is not acceptable. I won't be ordering from then again the couple of £ saved isn't worth the hassle. Avoid they don't even bother responding to support requests!

Do not buy from this site, they did not give me my code that I paid for.

Excellent - Used many times and had not trouble.

Ordered PSN code for my son. Paid via PayPal can’t collect via auto key tells me support staff will approve manually.
Pop up message tells me good news you can now collect the code.
Go back to it and guess what can’t collect.
Tried web chat ooh very sorry I’m an automated message telling you I can’t deal with this to contact support staff.
How do I contact your support staff I ask?
Ooh I’m just an automated response so I’m just going to ignore that question if you don’t mind!!!
End result payment made no product.
Conclusion CDKeys used to be good when they sent you an email with the key to input.
Now it appears they are just a bunch of scam artists with non existent customer service.
My advice is to avoid like the plague

Hit or miss, more chances get the latter.
Ordered a game through PayPal, they send me few emails, one with offer to set password and login (did that, and even confirmed my phone), confirmation mail and third with line:
"Your order is currently is being reviewed by our support staff. We will be in touch within the next 30 minutes with an update. To add additional comments, reply to this email."
After some time i get mail that starts with line: "Your order has been put on temporary hold by our verification system." And they request my personal info to confirm my identity. "OK" I said to myself and send them photo of my name with current date and last numbers of credit card.

After this, the next mail they send was "Unfortunately, the review team rejected your order." and they refund it. With this I lost cash on currency convertion. And no more answers from their support as to why my order was cancelled, they just ignore me.

Very disappointed and angry on them. Worst service i've ever seen. Don't buy from them, they have not deserve any support.

In the past I have had no issues with CD Keys however when I ordered an Xbox gift card earlier this week they were happy to take my money however they haven't sent me a confirmation e-mail to allow me to log into their website to obtain the Xbox license / activation key - I have send an e-mail to the CD Keys support team and have heard nothing. Next time a walk to shop would be better idea. Disappointing that their service level has dropped, maybe with CD Keys its a bit hit and miss and this time round I have had a miss, its a shame really

Have purchased from them before no issues, this time purchased 3 month Xbox Gold Live received code, enter it and each time it sends me to Microsoft to buy it again at £14.99.....

Appalling, I have ordered 4 times with this company and had issues on two occasions. My last issue was resolved and I give them a credit for that. I play fifa and usually buy fifa points. So, I purchased Fifa 19 points via their website on 1st Nov and they delivered Fifa 18 points. Why would someone buy Fifa 18 points now?
Sent them e-mail 2 days ago and not a single answer. Sent other 3 e-mails and no answer.
Extremely poor customer services and I have given them 2-3 days to resolve the issue, but no answer. My order number is 1445844857 if Cdkeys want to put it right.

I'd strongly recommend you to shop somewhere else. For saving £1-3 pounds, its not worth of going through all this hassle.

Bought a fifa 19 ultimate team code – entered it on my xbox, the code didn't work.

I've wasted hours emailing them, microsoft and EA sports and it was all pointing towards an invalid code. CD keys have denied this.

They take days to respond to an email and just repeat the same generic garbage.

Luckily I purchased through paypal so was protected. But such a waste of time with these.

They do not get back to you if you have a problem do not use

I have bought off CDkeys many times. I have Pre Ordered Black Ops 4 and the site has now crashed and I am unable to get my key. I pre ordered the game for a reason but now it seems there was no point, sometimes the keys do not come through. This site is not good

Bought 2 keys before 6 hours..still waiting for a email or something..

Edit:Ok that guys was proffesionals and he will be in game world for many many years..problem solved he was a lot of ordes from forza horizon and fifa 19 and for that was that delay..but the best which they make? they refund me and gime the keys for free..ill bought a lot of games more from there.. keep the good job guys and ppl will support you.THANKS!!!

Was initially skeptical first time I used them as always cheaper than Microsoft etc but codes get sent immediately through email and never had an issue with them being accepted or working.

Purchased several games from them with no issue at great discounted prices.

I purchased a game from them (Tombraider) and when waiting for the key I got the following email.

Your order has been put on temporary hold by our verification system. You are requested to respond to this ticket or email us directly on support@____________ with a photograph (taken with a smartphone or digital camera) of a valid ID such as a Driving License, Passport or National ID card together with today's date/time and ‘cdkeys.com’ written on a piece of paper.

I contacted PayPal who told me that under no circumstances was I to send personal information. So I agreed to send them just a picture of my name only on my driving licence but again this was not enough. They then asked

Could you please send it again ID Expiry date also clearly visible?

I then asked by what they meant by ID Expiry date twice and their final reply was.

Unfortunately, the review team rejected your order. So as not to inconvenience you any further, I can confirm that your order has now been cancelled and the transaction voided/refunded. The funds should be back with you shortly.
They obviously knew I was genuine but for some reason they wanted my information even though they had been paid by PayPal, and I presume this was this was for (well I will let you make up your own mind about That but it takes no guessing)
I am new to the P-C gaming scene and only had my P-C for a couple of weeks but I’m no Mug and every legit company tell you that they will never ask for any personal information.

ABSOLUTE JOKE TOOK MY MONEY FROM MY BANK THEN ASKED FOR A FONE VERIFICATION CODE SAID THEY WOULD SEBD A CODE IN 5 MINUTES BULL S NO CODE NO MONEY BACK AVOID AVOID AVOID

I bought a gamepass trial from them. Code never worked. Smh

Ordered farcry 5 through them yesterday
And ordered assassin's creed origins through them today. And got asked for ID for origins. Apparently my ID wasn't acceptable. Won't be using again
