Amazing customer service. I didn't receive my order due to Christmas and royal mail. Literally asked me to wait a couple of days and a replacement was sent when it didn't arrive. Absolutely brilliant. Don't hesitate to order, amazing company.

Just received my cut out, Abbie was so helpful in getting it to me in time for a secret Santa. Quality is brilliant too would highly recommend!

Great customer service from Sasha! The postal service was slow and I checked wiht them - nothing was too much trouble and they offered to remedy if it didnt arrive.
Wish other companies adopted the same approach in looking after thier customers.
My mate loved her cut out of Mr Donovan. Christmas sorted!

It came out exactly as I wanted and the cutout is adorable! Thank you! It also arrived before the expected date.

Product was flawless, and very well made. It exceeded my expectations. Great experience!

Excellent,fast service. Quality item ♥️👍

Husband and I both ordered this for a gift. Contacted seller and they immediately cancelled one for us with no problem. It was just an error on our part. The ordered one arrived very quickly with no hassle. Not that I would this for myself but granddaughter specifically asked for it, and it is fine, just as described.

You sent a message asking for feedback re my delivery. Please note I have not received my 2 Stanley Tucci masks yet.

Absolutely superb, nothing is too much for this company, the cut outs are so well made, took mine along to get signed by her and she loved it, as do I

This Gary Barlow cutout was for my grandaughter who will be 20 during this week and now lives in Scotland but l know she will absolutely thrilled with receiving Gary. Her house collapsed a year ago and everything perished including her Gary Barlow cut out so l know when she get this she will go nuts as she is such a huge fan of his and was devastated when she lost the original one. I ordered on the Monday and was sent the next day which was absolutely amazing. Cannot fault the brilliant service. Thank you.

Ordered a rather goofy looking Dave Grohl for my brother’s birthday next month- I can’t wait to hide it in his bed for him to find! I think my nephews will have fun moving it around the house for jump scares too.
Really fast delivery, well packaged and a happy customer. I feel they are a smidge over-priced for what it actually is, but will be a fun gift.
Finally, I’d love to be able to send in an image of my choice, I need me a life size Adam Lambert but, whilst there are a few to choose from, none of them were up to date or what I would choose.
Would definitely order from this company again👍
