Nerver got the packet

The deliery market that they were at my door frist day and I wasen't home. Next day the same. " we try to reach you" . Actually I was home all the time but No one ring the door Bell. Now I try to reach the trasportion one more time and it is impossible to get the message thru. Zalando customer service told me that they will pay the money back if the packet is not arriving this week. Well, I ' m not going Tto oder from Zalando no more. Extreamly unhappy of Celeritas and surprised that Zalando is using a company which is not working at all.

I will never buy from Zalando again…

I will never buy from Zalando again until they change their transport company. The lies and deceit.
I am going on holiday in 2 days time having ordered new clothes last year and I am still waiting - never again

Merry Christmas

Since 23/12/2022 they try to tell me that they can not deliver a package to me because of my address. I don’t know how many hours I have now spend tracking down this delivery from Zalando. I wrote them an email today and send a copy to Zalando as well.

This is the worst I have ever experienced in customer Service. I already contacted Zalando and informed them about your incapability to deliver a package. You are responding to me by email and telling me that you are delivering today, so I sat here all day and waited and next thing you tell me that there is Problem and you were not able to find my location. I’m not sure if you have heard about phones. But these things do exist and they can be quiet helpful when used properly. I had told you yesterday that I would even meet the driver at the Repsol Station in Algaida since I live within 3 minutes of that location. However somebody out there does not know how to use a phone. I live right next to Highway MA15 and no other carrier ever seemed to have a problem, because they gave me a quick phone call and everything was solved. I will not come to pick up the package at one of your locations since I have paid for delivery . Now you either try and call me on the next business day or you send the package back to Zalando.

Not a single time have I had a package actually delivered from this post service. Not ONCE!

They claim that I am not home... I work from home. I am always home!

I ask them to deliver to a pick-up point instead. They claim the pick-up point is not home....?! (they are open from 10.00-20.00 every day!)

And then they just send my packages back to where I bought them.

Every single time!

There is no help to get when trying to contact Celeritas.

Very very bad service I took an…

Very very bad service I took an appointment to pick my package at home november 15 I didn’t go out whole day because I was waiting for someone to pick my package until 19:00 still no one is coming. Then I check to track if they still working to my shock they put in the tracking that I was not at home. So I get mad because I was at home for whole day for nothing.I take again an appointment for November 17 and still thesame i was waiting until 19:00 still nobody come they put again to the tracking I was not home. Atleast you could called me or did something to let me know on that case I won’t gonna waste my time whole day at home for nothing!!!!! Now I need to go to the shop to send it myself and take the train with my baby for your bad service!!! Very awful won’t gonna do it again !!!!

Honestly I think they don't even come…

Honestly I think they don't even come to your house to pick the package. They only mark you as absent and that is all. I was at home the whole day, I've recieved three packages with no issue, and the celeritas guy was the only one not being able to get me opening the door... I hate spending the whole day in home (not leaving at all untill the next day) and they saying I was not there. It happened to me multiple times. I'm starting to not order things if celeritas is the sender.

My return to Amazon was to be picked up on 25 July 2022

My return to Amazon was to be picked up on 25 July. I stayed at home waiting, nothing happened. I tracked the pick up and saw that the driver had said I was absent. I did not leave my house for 7 days. After many emails I had a different company pick up my package. This took 1 day. I will never use your company again. Terrible service.

If I could rate them zero I would.

If I could rate them zero I would. Together with CTT Express they are the worst couriers ever. They say they have tried to deliver when they haven't. I have never had a package arrive with this company.

There is no number to call on the website and when you find a number to call, it's completely automated. I only managed to speak to someone by not choosing any of the automated options and that was after the 4th attempt.

All companies should be contactable, especially when they hold your paid-for merchandise in their hands. Disgraceful.

They tell lies

They tell lies, saying they have attempted delivery but nobody was at home, CCTV is a wonderful thing and and catches out lying delivery drivers who literally cannot be bothered, I am sure that they will change their name shortly and quite rightly so, when you buy online ask them who is the delivery company that they use, if its these clowns then buy from someone else because you will not get your delivery.

This is a very poor delivery company

This is a very poor delivery company. They seem to think it’s acceptable to lie about the delivery status of parcels. They state that they have visited the address and received no answer - LIES!
If you are a respectable company and care about your customers, DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY, they will tarnish your reputation.
