Customer Service Non Existent
A frustrating website where it is impossible to contact anybody other than an automated system. I tried to cancel a pickup that had been arranged, four times I cancelled, four times I was informed the cancellation would go through, followed by an email saying that a driver would be there the following day to pick up the item. I am unable to return the item to the shop until the system says the driver isn't collecting - so at the moment I am stuck with the parcel, cannot return it to the shop for a refund, with a pickup driver on his way to pick up a parcel that I don't want him to take!!

Absolutely disgusting. We use them for returns, They lost multiple parcels and refused to accept any responsibility and pay compensations as they only accept claims from customers registered in Spain. As I am not Spanish, it is OK for them to refuse to pay any claims for parcels they lost. Customers services are pathetic too and simply stopped replying to my messages. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Because I can’t leave 0. This company said that they had missing information for my address. I filled their online form to update the information. I checked the website consistently and continued to do the form like a crazy person because nothing would update or confirm that they received it. It’s impossible to contact them. Finally today I get an answer and after a week of no changes it now says the package has been returned due to me not giving further information. Disgusting service. Unreachable, unprofessional and a complete disaster. If your courier service happens to be them, change immediately or request a refund with the provider because you will not receive your package. Awful!!!

Terrible service
Terrible service, would have given them zero stars but not an option. Closed when I came of drop off centre at 2pm mid week in Marbella. At drop of place there is no information about opening times. Then got a home delivery arranged by them. Waited 10 hours but no one came, no one called me or took the phone. Company be avoided!!!
Lost Order
Horrible, the worst delivery company I've ever dealt with. They keep coming or not at random times and links to change delivery information or to pick it up don't work and just redirect to the contact page where they never get back to you. No options to pick up or change anything and they can't find it even after sending the exact location. Took me 3 days on Twitter to get a one-word reply to ask reference when I already sent it to them.
I thought my old local postal office had issues, but it's nothing compared to this. 3 weeks and I still don't have my shoes when it would've taken 10 minutes at the store. Month later, I still don't have my order nor my money.
