My first Jelly
To start, the delivery time was good to Australia.
Being my first 'jelly' bra I'm delighted it's wonderful, so soft, comfortable and smooth and lifts the girls to look younger. I wouldn't run in it, but it doesn't claim to be a sports bra. As I have a decent set of shoulders and a C cup I ordered the large, with the extender it's perfect... I will be back for another and recommend it to my sister.

I bought two bras. I liked one of the bras but wanted to exchange the other one as it did not fit well. I sent several emails but I have not received a reply. Extremely bad service and I will not purchase again.

I purchased a bra from Celeste D’or Curve after reading the website. I hoped that the bra would not ride up, the straps not fall down and the bra give a good shape and support. Unfortunately it does none of these things and when I requested a refund I was told that this wasn’t possible as I had worn the bra.
Don’t waste your money, these bras are not what they say.

Guarantee is not transparent.
The fit is not perfect and the Perfect Fit Guarantee is only given once. So if it doesn’t fit you just pay for it. I have 6 bras and none fit properly. Terrible.

Chemical odor and AWFUL customer service
I reached out to this company on 4/10 asking for a return shipping label because the bras I received have a STRONG chemical odor. They assured me the odor is non toxic (it absolutely is toxic and smells like the cheapest stuff you order on Amazon and don’t keep) and will likely wash out or air out. Since they still refused to provide a way to return, I tried the bras on. They also don’t match the size chart at all. I again asked for a return shipping label and let them know the bras also don’t match the size chart. I’m a 32dd and purchased the small based on the info on the site. The band of the bras is too big and the cup too small. They recommended a different size but would not address that the band was too big and cup too small, meaning I can’t size up or down and get a good fit. All throughout the process, they have replied with fluffy emails but held to their claim that they are not responsible for the odor of the bras or the incorrect information on their website. They have repeatedly stated that no matter what, I am responsible for a $12.95 return shipping label. After 8 days of asking for a return label and agreeing to bear the cost of their mistakes, I still have no way to return. The bras still have a strong ammonia odor that makes my eyes tear up just from opening the bag to check. They have now asked me to wait another 48 hours to see if I receive a return label.
This company is AWFUL. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
I know that if they respond here, it will be some toxic positivity fluff with no real help like what they’ve put in their customer service emails. Do not believe them.
