The bras are not at all what they claim on their site which is said to provide lift, shape, structure and support. What you will receive are bras that are flimsy, unstructured that leave you jiggly with no support whatsoever. This company is blindsiding and misleading customers. They will charge you an absurd and unreasonable return fee of $25.90 to return your order or blackmail you to keep it for only a 40% return. The red flag should be there is no address info and no customer service phone number. The order also ships from an address in Jamaica NY, which comes up as a scam address

This company - Celeste D’or Curve - is terrible! Their bras have no support, run too large, and the company repeatedly responded to my emails with more questions and tasks for me until the return window had expired . Now I am unable to return them, according to the company.

I ordered 3, too large around the band and not big enough in the cup, although I followed the instructions perfectly!
I’ve worn all 3 as different styles, but not supportive enough for an E cup.
Seem like nice quality, I won’t be reordering due to not for me !

Ordered 2 bras in the recommended size and they are so comfortable. However I’m wearing them on the tightest clasp so I contacted them and asked if the next size down would still fit my cup size and they are sending me it free of charge which is amazing. If that fits will definitely be ordering more. Very quick response and delivery.

When my purchase arrived I was pleased with the softness of the material, after trying I decided the size was not quite right in the cup. I got in touch with customer service and was amazed at the knowledge and support I received. What a fantastic company helping with sizing guarantees. I now have new bras which are exceptionally comfortable, giving great support, no digging in or red marks on my skin when I remove it. Could not be any happier with this company.

Ignore the ‘perfect fit guarantee’ unless you are a very mid-range size. I bought the size recommended on their chart. M because I wear 32E to 32F.
The band was too big (even on tightest setting) and the cup too small. I contacted them. Olivia said it was probably the style that was the problem after I pointed out there isn’t a smaller band available for the larger cup size, and said she’d send replacement of a deeper cup fit under the perfect fit guarantee.
They arrived. Same sizing. Same problem. I contacted Olivia again. Said I was disappointed that they still didn’t fit even after taking her advice. She offered me a 50% store credit…to buy more bras that they don’t make in my size..?!
After pointing out that store credit for a tote that doesn’t cater to my size is no good to me, I requested a refund as I didn’t have a perfect fit, and clearly wasn’t able to get one, so therefore they couldn’t fulfill their ‘perfect fit guarantee’.
That’s when the fun started. Not only do they charge a ridiculous £12.95 return fee (which, in reply to other reviews, they claim is clearly shown on their website, but I certainly can’t find it anywhere), but they charge £12.95 PER SHIPMENT sent to you regardless as to whether you’re returning them both or just one!!
They told me to give away the first/original order. But if I want to return the second order, I have to pay the returns fee for BOTH shipments regardless of this.
Not only that, I paid £47.91 for two bras. PayPal shows that, my bank account shows that, even the Shop app shows that. They claim it was £44.92. It was supposed to be free postage, so where exactly did the £2.99 go?!
This is a copy and paste of what Olivia stated in her email to me:
The total product value across the shipments is £44.92
A total of £25.90 return fees would be deducted
This would leave a remaining refund balance of £19.02
SERIOUSLY?! You are offering me a £19.02 refund after I paid £47.91?!
NOWHERE on their site is this mentioned. Nowhere on their site do they mention it’s international shipping.
They also claim that shipping in the U.K. and EU are from a European base. Also lies. The shipping company and tracking is directly from CHINA!
How on earth is it legal to charge such a large shipping fee in the first place, let alone justify additionally charging it on an order that isn’t even being returned because they told me to give it away?!
I’ve gone through PayPal and am hoping for an ACTUAL refund. Disgusting.

My order took quite a long time to arrive. The fabric is sensational - very soft and comfortable, pretty colour and accurate sizing. I tried to remove the pads but although there’s an opening suggesting this is possible, it isn’t without cutting them out. Also, like so many non wired bras, they give a mono- boob effect. I would love to discover a non- wired bra that doesn’t push your boobs together!

Stellar customer service! When the bra I ordered didn’t fit correctly, I reached out by email and received a quick response by the team to learn more. I answered a few questions and a different style was suggested and sent at no charge. The new style fits great! How refreshing to get this kind of personal service.

I’d give no stars if I could. Product terrible. I wanted to return no replacement required which I explained in the first return email. They still tried to offer a replacement. Note each email correspondence takes 24hrs, it is very frustrating. Then eventually they refunded minus the £12.95 for return and processing - weird it’s only £2.99 to process and send me the item. Wouldn’t allow me to organise my own return (at significantly reduced cost). Anyway, they are now not replying to me and have not sent me the return label, so why have a I paid a return fee?? Absolute waste of money and time, do not be fooled!

I received my replacement bras and let me tell you, they are soooo comfortable!!! I do however wish I could shorten the straps just a tiny bit more. Otherwise, yes, buy the bra!! ✨

I can 100 % recommend using Celeste Doors Curve.
The bras are the most flattering and comfortable I have ever bought.
I originally ordered a size that was slightly small but still amazing.
It was my error ordering the wrong size but as soon as I sent an email I was responded to immediately. Supported in sending my correct measurements and my new bras are on there way.
The customer service I recieved from Olivia is probably the best I have ever had. Quick responses to my emails and personal in her response.
I am already recommending the bras to friends and wont ever go back to the traditional underside bra!!!

Unfortunately the bras purchased did not fit and as 1 of the tags came of on the bra I was unable to exchange it, very disappointing spent £50 on 1 bra and was told to keep the ones that were too small, not sure what I am supposed to to with them though!
