I can 100 % recommend using Celeste Doors Curve.
The bras are the most flattering and comfortable I have ever bought.
I originally ordered a size that was slightly small but still amazing.
It was my error ordering the wrong size but as soon as I sent an email I was responded to immediately. Supported in sending my correct measurements and my new bras are on there way.
The customer service I recieved from Olivia is probably the best I have ever had. Quick responses to my emails and personal in her response.
I am already recommending the bras to friends and wont ever go back to the traditional underside bra!!!

Poor customer service
Unfortunately the bras purchased did not fit and as 1 of the tags came of on the bra I was unable to exchange it, very disappointing spent £50 on 1 bra and was told to keep the ones that were too small, not sure what I am supposed to to with them though!

Best Bras Ever!
I really like these bras! They are super soft and very comfy! I’ve ordered 4 of them because I hate bra shopping and once I find one I like I buy several! Hannah was very sweet and a great rep for the company. She makes you feel like part of the family! I’m so glad I found them!!

Great experience
Great experience! The first one I chose was close but could have had a better fit in certain areas so I reached out for help on fit and size. Hannah was so incredibly helpful. She provided lots of tips and information to make sure I was getting the best fit possible. We ended up utilizing the perfect fit guarantee. We ordered a new bra in another style that should provide the support I need. No need to send back the original bra I received so the return process couldn’t be easier. I don’t think I’ve ever had more help finding the right item before. A lot of times I feel like I’m flying blind in choosing different styles etc but not this time. Hannah had a wealth of knowledge and was so helpful and attentive. Thanks so much!

So pleased with my bras
So pleased with my bras, wish I found them before my surgery! Then bras are so soft and comfortable to wear. The service I received from Julie was amazing. She was informative and quick at responding. My first Bras were too big, but after talking to Julie and taking her advise she ordered a smaller size, which fits perfectly and no charge for the new bras. My mum is very happy with my larger original size which I could keep. She to will be ordering more x

I ordered 2 bras, one was completely wrong and my mistake and the other just did nt quite fit right. Using the perfect fit guarantee I reached out to them. The lady Emily was so helpful and double checked every step. I did nt need to return the two wrong sizes and they promptly sent 2 the next size up. They fit amazing and are so comfy. The first non wired bra that I have found that works. Will definitely be ordering more. I gifted one of the wrong sized ones to my sister who is equally as impressed. So 5 stars for every part of the process and the comfort, fit and quality.

I have just placed a second order. My first order arrived quickly and I am pleased with the quality. I haven't stopped wearing the two bras I purchased. They are very comfy, no riding and digging in. The only issue I have is I ordered Large and maybe I should have ordered in the medium.

The cup size is fine but the S/M/L is too large around. I'm a 34DD and the chart said large. I should've purchased a medium or small. I need to sew it bc I can almost wrap it around myself twice. Way too large around

Although, I find the straps slip a bit - the solution for me is to put a couple of stitches to hold the straps in place. Its a small inconvenience for major comfort.

The bras are comfortable and well made as well as pretty. It does say they support which I'm not getting. I'd like some lift going on. I also found the tracking for packages not helpful.

Customer service is terrible
April 9 I requested a return April 11, they responded to me to try to get me to swap out my order. I kindly declined and requested a return label the same day April 13, I sent another message today is 15 April and I still haven’t gotten a response back for a return shipping label. Customer Service is not up to par.
Edit: they responded back to tell me that the return is subject to a $12.95 return fee. At 2:30 April 16, and still have not sent a return label. Honestly they could easily send the label and note the fee in the same email.
