Customer service is terrible

April 9 I requested a return April 11, they responded to me to try to get me to swap out my order. I kindly declined and requested a return label the same day April 13, I sent another message today is 15 April and I still haven’t gotten a response back for a return shipping label. Customer Service is not up to par.

Edit: they responded back to tell me that the return is subject to a $12.95 return fee. At 2:30 April 16, and still have not sent a return label. Honestly they could easily send the label and note the fee in the same email.

As outlined in our policy, we do not offer completely free returns, as a $12.95 return fee applies. This fee covers the prepaid return label and handling. Before issuing the label, we require confirmation that you’re happy to proceed with the deduction — this is why the label is not automatically sent in the same message.

Your refund has already been processed, which means you have received your money back.

We always aim to be transparent about our policies and timelines, and we appreciate your patience while the return label is finalised.

Absolutely appalling experience

Absolutely appalling experience. Avoid.

I placed an order which was marked as “delivered” but nothing was ever delivered to me. No parcel, no notification, no proof of delivery from Royal Mail.

Despite this, the company has refused to refund me and continues to hide behind the excuse that the parcel is “in transit” or being redirected. That is not my problem. I have paid for goods that I do not have.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of properly investigating with Royal Mail or resolving the issue, they have pushed the responsibility back onto me and expect me to just wait indefinitely.

This is not how a reputable business operates. Under UK consumer law, the retailer is responsible for the goods until they are in the customer’s possession- something they seem either unaware of or are choosing to ignore.

I am now having to escalate this further to recover my money.

Terrible service, poor communication, and zero ownership of the problem.

In response to your reply, that is absolutely not true. The proof of delivery was a picture of a mailing room which I confirmed to you on email. The package was not delivered to my address. You asked me to confirm my address and I did. You then sent a google image of my address and I confirmed that it was my front gate. Royal Mail have not delivered my package and as I’ve stated many times it is your responsibility to get the package to me.

I am very email to upload our email exchange to confirm the above,

We take feedback like this extremely seriously and must respectfully clarify several important points.

First, we did provide proof of delivery. Royal Mail supplied confirmation that the parcel was delivered, along with a photo showing where it was left. This image was shared with you directly. You also confirmed in your correspondence that the location shown in the photo is your front gate.

Once Royal Mail marks an item as delivered and provides photographic proof to the delivery address, responsibility transfers in line with their delivery confirmation. We are, of course, always willing to assist with raising disputes, but we cannot accept liability for parcels that have been successfully delivered to the confirmed address and location.

We have not refused to investigate. We have communicated the information provided by Royal Mail and advised on the next appropriate steps. At no point have we asked you to “wait indefinitely,” nor have we ignored your concerns.

We understand how frustrating parcel issues can be, especially if an item goes missing after delivery. However, when proof of delivery is provided to the correct address and confirmed location, this unfortunately falls outside of our control.

LOVE these AMAZING bras!

LOVE the AMAZING customer service! Very prompt, helpful, and friendly. I purchased to wrong size and customer service VERY quickly fixed this for me. The bras themselves are super comfortable and very soft. Absolutely love the fit and the quality. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I will be purchasing more. I found my new favorite bras!

An amazing company to deal with

An amazing company to deal with.
I ordered incorrect sizing and my Email was responded to within hours. Emily from the company was so helpful and provided me with excellent customer service.
I have been sent replacement bras and I can’t thank Emily enough for her help and support in my online shopping experience.

So pleased I found this company

So pleased I found this company. The deep V
Bra fitted like a dream, it is so comfortable.
I had given up on wearing a bra because of the discomfort & fit. I have now reordered the scalloped deep V in two different colours. Looking forward to receiving them.

I got a message from a Sophie asking a few details however after I sent the answers she said she would give me details about how to return the items but no word from her she also said she has never gotten any emails from me but in the message she knew what the order no was and what the items all I want is address please

What a fantastic shopping experience with an amazing customer service! I ordered two bras the wrong size and I contacted the customer service who couldn't have been any more helpful if they tried. Amazing and perfect…

Julie from customer service went above and beyond after I ordered the wrong size. It was my second order and the error was might fault with the sizing.
How amazing to be treated with understanding and the matter dealt with so efficiently. The bras are comfortable and a perfect fit , you barely feel like you are wearing one. Many thanks you have restored faith in me for online shopping.

When It Doesn't Fit...Try Again!

When the first two bras were ordered and didn't fit quite right the customer service team were quick to identify what better options would be for my body type and sent them to me immediately. They are a beautiful fit and I am so pleased.

What made the experience even better was the option to donate the new, unused and perfectly gorgeous bras to a local women's shelter. It can't possibly get better than that!

Was a little concerned with the quality when the bra arrived a bit crumpled in the pads but it fits amazingly and gets better with each wash. I’ll be buying more for sure 👍

I ordered a large push up bra in skin…

I ordered a large push up bra in skin colour.
It was so comfortable and gave me a lovely shape but after wearing it for a few hours I realised sadly that the back was quite loose on the tightest setting…I’m a 34E.
I contacted Celeste d’or curve by email and they replied promptly and sent me out a size medium (once they had my usual size) free of charge and even in another colour which I wanted to try. They said to keep the original size to gift to a friend or keep.
Julie was so helpful and super prompt in dealing with everything for me.
Amazing bras and amazing service!
Thank you Celeste I will definitely be ordering all my bras with you from now on 🙌

Surprisingly helpful

Surprised me how helpful this company is! Ordered 2 bras dish find them suitable. However was helped by Julie to find my perfect fit!

Lovely fabric - sizing is an issue

I love the fabric and comfort feel of the bras. The customer service is top notch. I just can not get the proper fit. Medium size provides the correct band size but the cup size is too small. Large size provides the proper cup size but the band is too large. I did try 3 different bra styles. I gave away the 3 medium bras and kept the large one however as I have it on the tightest band adjustment, it will eventually stretch to where it will be too loose and I will no longer be able to wear it.

These people are such con artists. Reading all those replies, they state the £12.95 return fee is in their return policy online.

Wanted to love the bras but don’t

Wanted to love the bras. They are very soft, but I ordered based off the size guide. Straps are too long, band is too large but cups are too small. I spill out of the bra and can not manage to get them to work for me personally. Of course hadn’t worn all before the time to return.
