Excellent service. Australia Post was on Pause for a few days, so I had to be patient! The box contained more than promised; extra opening pins and a plastic half cover which is very helpful. Thank you.

Package sent unsecured. Tighten packages should be a priority to any customer(s) who orders on line and finds item easily accessed to by any one or any body while in post transfer. The package was not recommendable by the team of your service that packs goods and to be sent in such a way to how my package arrived. Not Happy

Very quick delivery and iphone functions as expected. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the maximum battery health is 85% of it original health, and the battery doesn't quite last a full day like my previous iphone. TBH I expected it to be higher for a phone labelled 'excellent condition'.

I did my research while looking for a refurbished phone, and Cellect was by far the best option. Website was clear and easy to understand with good details about the buy.
I received my phone in a timely manner, nicely packaged and exactly as described- if not better!
Have already recommended Cellect and will continue to.

Phone in good condition but was sent with faulty battery. 88% health. Full charge lasts 2 hours max. Also I payed for express shipping, and it took 8 days to arrive. I understand that cellect mobile cannot control the actions of StarTrack, but I think that offering a customer an express shipping service, which is more expensive than standard shipping, without being able to guarantee that the service will actually be provided, is bordering illegal. I would suggest you add a line on the website that states YOU CANNOT GUARANTEE EXPRESS SHIPPING. But you won’t do that, because if people knew that, they wouldn’t buy express shipping, and you wouldn’t make as much money.
I contemplated sending the phone back for a free battery replacement, but I’m sure it will take at least another week, and I don’t have the ability to be without a phone. I will seek battery replacement elsewhere locally.
