Once your employee left my house and after he was done with the maintenance of the water softener, the water softener started to leak resin bead.
He didn't check the softener at all, only throw more salt from the bag I had and left.

I ordered salt online because the website promised a 48-hour delivery window. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven't received my order. The customer service has been incredibly bad, and I am extremely disappointed. I will never use this company or order anything from them again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Booked a service for my filters and…
Booked a service for my filters and asked the technician will have a look at the sait machine as it needed to be cleaned. Said it didn't and obviously needed to be cleaned as service over due couple of months. Rang office and staff said they don't usual clean the machine but will help and I didn't mind paying extra for this. Still waiting on call back. Technician was very un helpful if I wanted to ask any questions about my system. If I wanted to up grade my system
