Purchased the cemap training from them for self learning, didnt receive the course, just an email saying I would soon. I asked to actually upgrade the course to the online lessons which is about triple the price. I was disconnected and called back by an indian call centre who told me the only way to do it is to send me a payment link to my email to pay by card, only once Ive paid for the new course would they refund the first one, I said id prefer to pay through the official website as I have been scammed in the past but was pressured to make payment and was told that if I didnt then I wouldnt be able to get a refund even though I had still not even received the course. the way things were worded and the way things were done felt very scam like so I continued to ask for a refund, I was told that because of this they will take their time with my refund and wont process it for as long as possible, at least 10 days unless I pay for another course. If they had just had decent customer service and cancelled my original order I would have paid instantly for the course that costs 3x as much but after the terrible scam like service I would never use this company. STILL NOW NO COURSE HAS EVER BEEN RECEIVED AND NO REPLY TO EMAILS. I have had to raise the issue with my bank who have also tried to contact them with no results. luckily I am protected by my credit card... others might not be so lucky. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

Found the course to be exceptionally poor. Very long winded and uninteresting. Not only that you only get access to the recordings for 30 days which isn’t nearly enough time considering LIBF recomend 300hrs of study. The pass rate amongst those that attended my course was extremely low. Strongly recommend you use another provider.

Not impressed got cut off on second meeting and thay failed me ment to be getting license back march to late to book over course so now got to wait till November looks like kids wont be going away this year waste ov money should be in a class room wont be recommended to anyone bad service and rude

I recently completed the CEMap training and was quite disappointed with my overall experience. While the course content was decent, I found nothing particularly special or engaging about it.

My biggest frustration was the lack of mock tests provided during the training. In my opinion, practicing with mock tests is a crucial part of any exam preparation, and I expected more from this program. To make matters worse, the few mock tests that were provided had errors and wrong answers, which only added to my confusion and frustration.

Another issue that I had with the training was the short validity period of only 6 months. Given the amount of time and money that I invested in this program, I expected a longer validity period that would allow me to review and practice at my own pace.

Overall, I cannot recommend the CEMap training program based on my experience. While the course content was decent, the lack of mock tests, errors in the ones provided, and the short validity period made it a less-than-ideal experience.

this was an amazing experience all through the year in terms of solid learning and in depth knowledge. i would recommend this course to all of you as its a great course towards entering in financial services sector including Mortgage and financial adviser.

Mary Jane at cemap training was very kind and sorted out my problem quickly. It was myself being blind and missing the obvious but did not make me feel a fool for raising a silly query.

Great platform for revising cemap , explains topics in a way that’s easier to understand and prepares you for the content In the LIBF material . Mock exams are good to gives you a feel for the real exams

Online course is great, very easy to use and navigate and content matches exactly the LIBF syllabus. Quizzes at the end of each topic plus mock exams for each unit are so useful for revision and really helped to prepare for actual exams. Customer service and support offered by the course provider is fantastic, helpful and answered all my queries promptly. Would definitely recommend!

With extended hours working from home over the last year, I hadn't been able to complete everything and access to my course was due to expire. I contacted the customer service team who were extremely helpful and friendly, they helped me with an extension to allow me to complete the course.

I have thoroughly enjoyed studying the course so far, it's great value for money and I'm excited to finish the final Units. I would highly recommend it

I found the customer service excellent and the online learning easy to follow. It's simple to come back to where you were and carry on. I'm looking forward to carrying out some mock tests before my real exam.

The online portal is extremely user friendly and very easy to navigate and access all the Units.  It's really simple to pick up where you left off and the mock quiz facility is fantastic to test your knowledge and highlight the sections you may need more revision.

The course material is great, it's quite in-depth and there is extensive information for each unit which is really beneficial to obtain a proper understanding of the subject matter.
