Me and my family had a great experience with Sharon store keeper she’s was really helpful organized and responsive

I buy kappa shoes for 149 aed
it’s only been a month and the condition of shoes is like shit and it’s two different kind i came to realize that same brand that looks same but is different i didn’t expect the material to be that bad never going back to Centre point for shoes now

Service is 0 you pay for same day delivery
They don’t update you suddenly they send messsage that it will be sent at 10pm excuse me 10pm this is not professional
And when we call they refuse to raise a complaint and refuse to give you contact details of the delivery agent

I have to say and commend Rosalinda from Shoemart in Centrepoint at DXB mall, I did have an issue with some shoes that didn’t arrive to store on time but after listening to me, she and her manager went out of their way to ensure my daughter was a happy little girl and got the size she wanted in time before we departed, Rosalinda was true to her word, communicated each time and followed through until the end which I really appreciate and if I’m honest was surprised as this is not a service level that is very commonplace , she was super 👌🏾 thank you!

I bought two items from Center Point and they sent them to me with a security tag!!!! And when I spoke to customer service they said bring them to the shop!!!! so we can open them!!!
If I chose the online purchase option and you sent it to me, how can I come to the shop to spend time on your mistake and fix the problem you have because you are not a specialist???
The really scary part is that the customer service manager said you can use the product with the security tag? How is this possible?

I will give Centrepoint 1 star cause they really don’t care about helping customers I tried contacting them thousands of times but they didn’t respond at all my order was supposed to be delivered today by 10 PM but it’s 10:58 and I still haven’t received my order I sent them lots of emails but they just completely ignored it their online service is terrible

UPDATE : so I needed it for Eid but they deliver it a day after it but it made me made cause the shipment detail was showing it will be delivered on 29th March 2025 and it’s still showing it will be 29th March

No contact from customer service – they have no interest in helping.
They claim my package has been delivered, but I still haven't received my order.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the delayed delivery of my order and the poor customer service I received. My order was scheduled to arrive today, but despite multiple follow-ups with customer care executives, it has not been delivered.

Throughout the day, I was assured that my order would arrive by midnight. However, when I contacted customer care again before midnight, I was told that the issue would be checked and my order would arrive tomorrow.

The worst app ever! I purchased an item that I needed for an event only because it said next day delivery. I even opted for the store pick up because I didn't want any delays with the delivery company. I called twice and no one could tell me where my order was. Then I receive an SMS an midnight telling me the order is ready for collection. I ask if I can keep the order and still get my refund as some kind of compensation and the call centre says no, we don't offer any compensation for service issue. This was only one affordable item, not a selection of items, and still nothing can be done to assist me or offer some kind of apology. Not the first time I've experienced this service from Centrepoint. Delete the app if you have it, not worth the trouble.

Worst online experience for such a reputable company.
I've ordered travel cases online that came with 3 year warranty. When inwas packing 1 broke. I called immediately and was asked to send email with pics. I did and then they requested videos. I asked whats the difference and they never replied till weeks later saying that they will send someone to me for me to give my address. At this time I responded that i was already on my 1 months holiday and gave my address of my holiday home. 1 month since, I haven't had a response yet and now I'm back in Dubai.
Not to mention the delay in responses from them since my complaint.

One of the worst online order experience from Centrepoint.I ordered pouch on 21st February to khafji but until today 10th march the item not delivered to me. Also I contacted their customer care more than 10 times and they didn’t solve the issue.

@CentrepointME Worst Service.. after so many complaints for wrong order and after picking up they are not responding and the closing all complaint related to it without any resolution or confirmation. Worst untrained or illiterate staff.

A shameful experience by a so called well known organization
They sent me expired face cream first and then they refund amount as shukran points. I ordered for facial scrub and what i got is a cream

Good experience n products very costable.

I purchase s benetton sling bag using my debit card, by its material look, I thought dubable, unfortunately, stitch quality is cheap for a cost of AED279 only used once the strap was removed.
I returned to store after only 5 days and refund will be 4-15 days while debit card is good as cash.

Extremely Disappointing Service from CenterPoint

I placed an order with CenterPoint two days ago, and the delivery experience has been absolutely unacceptable. They initially promised to deliver yesterday but failed to do so without any notification or update. I had to follow up myself, only to be told that it would be delivered today.

However, after waiting the entire day, I just received another message stating that delivery will not happen today either. This kind of poor communication and lack of reliability is completely unprofessional. If you cannot deliver on time, at the very least, have the courtesy to inform your customers in advance!

This experience has left me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied. I expected much better from a brand like CenterPoint. I will seriously reconsider ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others unless they drastically improve their service.

This review is for the center point branch in Riyadh Gallery Mall.
I have never come across such a poor customer service infact it might not be wrong to say that such kind of sales person should be immediately fired.
Two weeks ago I visited center point shoe section and was trying out different shoes to check my size and comfort. Every customer picks 2 or 3 pairs of shoes to try and selects one. I also chose a shoe ND asked the sales girl to bring me a new pair of that shoe. The sales girl first looked at the shoes that I tried, asked me did u take these out? And without any hesitation ordered me to put them back. I said it's your job to do it. ( I was pretty angry at this point) She said bluntly that " I won't give you the shoes you have asked for until you put all of these back to their places". For a moment I was in a shock, then I said I will complain to the manager, she proudly said ok, go ahead as if she didn't care.
I made a complaint to the manager, he apologized on her behalf but I don't think she got any penalty.

If I visit this branch of center point and I still see that sales girl in the shoe area, I am never going back there again.

Centerpoint should take action on this kind of attitude and customer service otherwise they will loose their business. Why do you hire people who don't want to work at all. They just need the money without doing their jobs. Watch out everyone for this kind of customer care. Plz write reviews so they don't get encouraged.
