Terrible online service as usual
Centrepoint’s online service is simply abysmal. I asked a very simple question on online chat on if I opened a car seat box and tried it in my car and did it fit, could I return it. The call centre/online chat rep couldn’t answer this simple question and pretended to have ‘raised a ticket’ to answer my query and said they couldn’t give me a ticket number until they closed the chat. Of course the ticket never came and no one ever contacted me to clarify my very simple query.
Their deliveries always arrive late. The second-rate delivery companies always give terribly lame excuses why things aren’t delivered on time like ‘your road was blocked’. I’ve lived in the same place for 5 years and the road has never been blocked once.
How companies like this manage to stay in business in the current market competition and haven’t gone bankrupt is beyond me.

I have had the worst customer service in Dubai Festival City branch. I bought a school trolley bag for my daughter, 3 weeks later it was torn and ruined and I bought because sales people told me it has guarantee and the quality is v. good so I went bag with the trolley bag and the branch manager Dashmeet told me this wear and tear!! So we can’t fix or return. How come wear and tear after 3 weeks, is the bag made of paper??! First of all he kept saying I want to help you but I can’t do anything - a sentence you often hear when no one really wants to help. He took photos of the bag and said I will check with the team & will call me back and he NEVER called back. It was not logic to me what is he going to check with his team and it felt like he wants to get rid of the complaint. So the school bag quality sold to me is the worst and additionally handled by worst customer service. Now I bought another bag because the branch didn’t act responsibly and according tp the guarantee. Bad management!

Well to be honest, I always ordered online items, due to price affordable and has discount codes. In my first, second, third etc… ordered was smoothly delivered. But lately school approaching and I need to order some school supplies for kids. I clearly ordered a backpack in a discounted price plus additional shukran pay! After the backpack delivered to me within an hour has wrong color. I don’t know what happenings if they got mistaken or intentionally. My daughter doesn’t like the color of that backpack and decided to go to the shops personally for exchange. During the approach to one of the stuff i thought it’s everything was okay. I sat down and go to the line. When I was at the counter, the cashier told me that the backpack has additional price! I told him that how come? It is clearly written in the tag price same as I bought online? Still he is debating that I need to add price. Then that time I already feel nervous. I said, how it possible? During the time I ordered the price clearly has discounted and besides, that order is mistaken by the shops, all I need is to exchange the wrong items was sent to me and take the exact item! Then after talking much they agree to give me the order. What a waste of time and energy just to exchange an item. Really bad experience.

They do not have proper policy for return. I ordered a speaker on 7/28 and got delivered on 7/31. I changed my mind and I was wanted to return this electronic that i bought in original packaging. But still in the app it shows order is processing. This is the worst app. When i called customer service they told they are looking into it but it’s been more than a week. This company is an utter scam. They mentioned on website they accept returns within 14 days if products are produced in original condition but customer service is saying on email that they cannot. Please do not purchase anything from their website. Its so bad and customer service is worst.
Unbelievably Poor Customer Service – Worst Experience Ever
I have never encountered such appalling customer service in my life. The representatives were not only rude and dismissive but also completely unhelpful. Despite numerous attempts to resolve my issue, I was met with incompetence and a total lack of concern. It was clear that the staff had no interest in actually assisting me, and I was left feeling frustrated and ignored. This company clearly does not value its customers and this has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Firstly, the staff has been consistently unhelpful and unresponsive. Despite being a frequent customer, I often find them to be quite mean and reluctant to assist.

terrible delivery plans. ordered an item and promised delivery within the following day, paid the delivery charges. they sent me an email next morning that the item is out for delivery, waited for the whole day and no delivery was made! contacted them and they apologized and gave excuses. the following day the same happened, received the email that it is out for delivery and the same happened. they expect that one can really be on alert for days to receive an item? furthermore, this item was a gift to my grandson to carry along when he travels, he already left the country and hos gift didnt arrive. I will have to send it by courier (IF) it arrives. I complained by email demanding the refund of the delivery charges :) naturally no one replied...

I've ordered 2 items on 27th of May I received the 1st item on 28th of May and the second item is a crib and need assembling I choose the delivery on 1st of june between 4pm and 6pm but the delivery call me on that day at 12pm and I said I am out please come at 4 and 5.30 pm the same day I call him 5 times to check if he os coming he didn't answer and then he call on monday 3rd of June at 12pm I was at work no one at home and I said come tomorrow he said ok on 4th of june I took sickleave and spend all day waiting for him at home and I call the company that I want them to deliver the item today they said they will contact the delivery comapny and no one call and no one came and few days back I was suprised they put on the app and send me email that my item is delivered but I didn't receive anything and when I call the comapny several times they said yes you receive it and you sign and receipt but RECEIVE NOTHING

Order cancelled after putting a good discount. Its like catch and release. They cancelled the order after 4 days. It would be better not to order online from their website. Their stocks are not updated and the team answered back that they cater on first come first basis. This is wrong and stupid because you need to update your inventory.
Awful Customer Service & Delivery
Ordered online with expected delivery in 2 business days. My delivery has been late for a few days now and still says hasn't been shipped (even on their system). Nobody has been able to give me an answer as to why it's late or when I can expect it. Just got off the phone arguing with customer service. They give you the same rehearsed lines over and over again "Sorry for your experience please be sure that we will follow up on this to make sure it doesn't happen again". They repeat lines like this but don't actually solve your problem or promise to look into it and give you a callback. Had to ask 3 times before I was forwarded to a "supervisor" who repeated the same exact things.

I would rate my experience zero instead of 1! The worst customer service ever in Abu Dhabi! First of all I received my package unsealed and filled with dirt and soil, like it was dragged in the streets, then the package was all soaked with shampoo. I sent a complaint with photos of the package and somebody came to collect it on the 27th June 2021. Up until now I didn't recieve my full refund!!! I contacted customer service many times and they only gave meaningless excuses. They ripped me off and only returned half the refund. What a shame for such a shop! If they don't return the full amount I will complain to DED right away. It has been almost one month since the return. What kind of service is that?

Stay away from this company. Ordered once, all went well. After that is a disaster! What's written on the website is 2-3 days delivery (ordered within Kuwait and delivery within Kuwait). That's a terrible lie. More like 1 week for 2 items. Call customer support and they lie, tell you it takes 3-4 days to deliver then promises to make it urgent just to get a good rating. The truth is it was all trickery. The delivery man bombards you with several messages to tell you they are on their way, asks for your location several times, and you give it to them several times but at the end of the day will not deliver your order despite waiting late at night and cancelling all your other schedules for that day just to wait for them. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! You won't regret it.
