Made only 2 purchases but it was all good. Sellers are responsive and helpful.

Easy to download. A bit tricky getting the slicer to build the arms. I used supports and no infill. Slow down the print speed. Took about 5 days to printing one or two parts per day.

The models I have purchased are special to me because they are part of my childhood. They are of excellent quality, and I enjoy printing and painting them. Furthermore, the purchase process is very easy and fast, which is a fundamental aspect

Cons is the new updates with sale commission, it is unfriendly to small creators as me, so this make me sad

I've been doing 3D design well over a decade now and I didn't have to hesitate or think twice about the platform where I want to publish and sell my assets.
I did of course try out others but I'm mostly present on CgTrader and most happy with it, reasons are two and very simple.
As a publisher my royalty rate is fair, platform is not stealing from creators and also through CgTrader I can almost always find a huge variety of assets for all kinds of 3D software.

Site has gone down the gutter.

I can't even make a purchase. I tried to buy models and I kept getting errors saying card details are incorrect. I tried all my saved cards which work fine and still the same thing. I reached out to support who told me they fixed it. I try again and STILL the same error. I contact them again and they told me I've been blocked and to just try again in the future. What kind of support is this?

For what its worth, all cards are in my name, all work, I've even used said cards on CgTrader over YEARS and spent THOUSANDS with no issue so it's clearly not a fraud. It seems there site has gone to crap.

I bought the models from another website the seller had them on, so they just missed out on my $500 purchase (and more future ones) due to garbage payment processors and support.

Broken website. Checkout does not work - sign-in does not work, guest checkout does not work. Bugs?

The STL fields are the good quality .

Used to be good for models on discount, but now you can't buy anything with a discount unless you spend $30. So basically, it defeats the whole point of buying cheap models on discount when it forces you to spend more.

Horrendous business decision.

I want to sincerely thank the CGTrader support team, and especially Dovydas, for their outstanding help.

Several times my models were suspended due to false reports, and every time Dovydas handled the situation quickly, clearly, and with real care. He not only solved the issues but also made me feel supported as an artist. That makes a huge difference when you rely on this platform for your work.

It’s rare to see such patience and genuine attention in support these days. Knowing there is someone like Dovydas on the team gives me trust and confidence to keep building and selling here.

The models are nice, but so big that in Blender you had to zoom in very much to see them.

Transactions for purchase were really easy to complete and models downloaded quickly. Very happy with experience

I think CGTrader offers the best models at the most reasonable prices and has a great selection. Of course, anything and everything could be even better! But as far as industry wide today, CG has been the one that wins out in my choices, every time.

There isn't anything you can't find to print!
