Your order was placed over the weekend and was dispatched with Royal Mail on the following Monday, in line with the delivery timeframes advertised on our website. Royal Mail then attempted delivery on Christmas Eve; however, unfortunately, no one was available at the delivery address at that time.
As Royal Mail do not operate on Christmas Day or Boxing Day, and this was then followed by the weekend, delivery was understandably delayed. All of these details are visible via the tracking information provided with your order.

Disappointing
Ordered a PS5 game through these guys. Delivery was fairly quick but product quality was poor. Was second hand so understandably wasn’t going to be immaculate. Disc wasn’t even pressed down in the compartment when opening but main issue were that it had clear dirt marks, food marks and fingerprints all over the disc. Could’ve made a bit of an effort to give it a clean before shipping it off.

I paid for guitar and it was shipped straight away . I pH ned CGX up and a guy called Kyle gave me the tracking details. The guitar came 4 days later . I think that's good for Christmas time. The guitar was well packed and I love it. I'm well happy. I would highly recommend this shop to you .
