Everyone’s body reacts differently to NMN+1200, and while side effects are rare, they can occasionally happen, especially if other medications are involved. It’s always a good idea to check with your physician in such cases.
If you’d like to try NMN+1200 again, you could start with a capsule in the morning after a meal, as this allows for slower absorption. Based on how you feel, you can gradually increase to two capsules with food before exploring taking it on an empty stomach.
