We deeply regret that this has been your perception of the process, but we feel the need to respond with complete transparency — not only out of respect for you, but also for the many clients who continue to trust in our work.
From the very beginning, we clearly explained that all of our products are handmade to order, with no stock or mass production involved. Each pair takes time, care, and the attention of skilled artisans. Production times range from 8 to 12 weeks — sometimes more — especially when our quality control team identifies any issue and we decide to start the process over, from scratch. That’s part of our promise to deliver excellence.
Unfortunately, in your case, this process was entirely disrupted. Over several weeks, we received constant and aggressive pressure: daily harassment through emails and social media, public accusations, and — most concerning — you contacted other satisfied clients directly to discredit our brand. This kind of behavior is not only unacceptable but legally actionable as harassment and defamation.
Despite this, and after several warnings, we shipped your order in the state it was at the time, as you demanded. Under normal conditions — following our internal standards — this model would have been fully redone, because we prefer to delay than to deliver something that we don’t feel proud of. But you left us no option.
We acknowledge that every handmade item can be improved. But we cannot accept the ongoing abuse, exaggerations, and public accusations, which have caused real harm to a small team working with honesty, passion, and dedication.
We stand by who we are: an artisan footwear brand that may not be for everyone, but is wholeheartedly committed to those who truly value time, detail, and the soul behind every design.
