I met the wonderful Amrik today when going to buy some guitar picks with my son and daughter.

As we entered Amrik appeared with a smile on his face and a soft tone in his voice and he pleasantly greeted us.

He showed my son the picks and whilst he was browsing Amrik asked me if I played guitar, which i don’t. We then went into other musical instruments and I shared my joys of meditation and learning to play the harmonium. Amrik gracefully shared his views and shared his knowledge of the instrument the Tanpura. He taught me about the chords and the flow and how this will benefit my meditation practice. I’m excited to use it tomorrow morning.

I left feeling a sense of love, joy and fulfilment with my time with Amrik and I look forward to one day seeing him again and visiting the shop.

I bought the Mirage Flute in C from Chase Direct on ebay. It was delivered quickly and well packaged.
This is my first flute and this one came with a cleaning rod, hard case and DVD. It also was a great price with a 30% discount, very affordable.
The DVD has been an excellent bonus and has shown me the correct set up and how to get my first notes.
This is an excellent starter package and I would recommend for a beginner as there is everything you need to get started. The rest is up to you.
I have been enjoying this so much I think about my next practice while I'm at work. I can't wait to get home and pick up my flute again for another session. Practice, practice,practice.

What can we say... Amrik is a champion, couldn't help enough. I went in with the aim of purchasing a new acoustic and the range was immense but also Amrik was the nicest guy in the world. He didn't push too hard on sales, tried to ascertain exactly what I wanted and had some advice on some guitars for tone to test. I settled on a Tanglewood EA because my budget wasn't too low or too high. They're all good value and I could have spent hours in that store! Nice little gem in the NQ

I found out about chase recently and decided to stop buy to pick up a guitar lead! The care and assistance I received was second to none. Amrik was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions. I could spent hours in there. Amazing place in the northern quarter. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing shop, went back to this store after years and it's exactly the way I remembered, loads of guitars, reasonably priced and the best customer service you will find. Unlike the bigger stores, there's no pressure on you when Ur testing instruments.

friendly greeting on the way in by Amrik, as someone looking for an acoustic guitar, you like to try what feels right for you personally, and that's what you can do in this shop, and once your left to feel what your looking for, there's a good chance your going to find what you want without walking to two other stores like I did, bought my guitar....but left my credit card there! came back around two hours later to pick it up, and Amrik had the card waiting for me safely, so I also bought a Ukelele as well.....another instrument I wanted, check the store out, they will help you out there.

Came into the store for the first time today just to have a look around and appreciate the instruments. Amrik was so warm and welcoming, and even though he knew I wasn't going to purchase anything he encouraged me to have a go on a new bass guitar that had come in. Coming here brightened up my day! Highly recommend it.

Came into the store to ask about reeds, Amrik was so accommodating and helpful, would recommend this shop to anyone.

First time in the store today, I was looking for replacement strings for a second hand guitar I had been given. Amrik was super helpful, after learning that I was a complete beginner he took the time to talk to me and gave me a lot of guitar related advice. I cannot recommend this store enough, I will definitely be returning for all my future guitar needs and I urge anyone else to do the same.

We had a wonderful time on our visit to Chase Direct last Saturday. Amrik was so helpful and friendly. He was happy to let my son try different guitars, and my friend's daughters try the mini keyboards. We all had a lovely time and will definitely be back.

Nice lovely nice nice Amrik was a warm and knowledgable ambassador of music of all kinds. The shop offered a range of wonderful instruments from woodwind to strings. This could be the best music shop in Manchester, NAY! The world. I would recommend a stop in for the instruments and a general self esteem boost. Will be back soon!
