I can’t recommend this chauffeur company highly enough. The driver arrived early and was right on time, the car was spotless, and the whole experience was completely stress-free. The driver was professional, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The service is excellent and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you get. I’ve used them a couple of times now, and most recently they helped make my wedding day extra special — something I’ll always appreciate. Reliable, professional, and genuinely great service. I’ll definitely be using them again.

I really recommend Chauffeur Ride. We booked them for my son’s 21st birthday. They were punctual, the limo was lovely and our driver couldn’t have been a nicer man. He really helped make our trip to London and back special.

Car booked for Prom. Excellent service, really accommodating and such a lovely and helpful company.

We hired the 8 seater baby Bentley for our daughter’s prom. So say we were disappointed was an understatement. The car turned up late, 15 minutes after arrival time even though he assured me he would be here early to make sure he wasn’t late. The car was damaged, the roof was stuck down with black tape, everywhere, there were no lights inside like the videos that were sent to me , just overall very very disappointing, I would say avoid this company , the other limo that turned up to pick up other children to our house was beautiful and the same price. Just don’t use them you will be disappointed!

Service was amazing booked the phantom for one day and had a lovely friendly driver called Ali was very accommodating talking laughing the whole journey and booked the ghost for another day again had a wonderful driver called shabs once again very accommodating made the journey as smooth and memorable as it could be big thanks to Ibz, Ali & Shabs for looking after us and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a chauffeuring service

My driver Hazmah was amazing. I had a 500 mile journey after surgery and he got me home an hour faster than I hoped for and looked after me so well on the journey. Thank you!

I would like to say thank you for the lovely service. The staff in the office were able to provide information on the different types of cars available. My son chose the Baby Bentley limousine. The chauffeur Sabbir was very accommodating to our needs. The driver came exactly on time and took us to our destinations on time. The limousine was very comfortable, warm and a relaxing atmosphere. The driver was very kind, polite and patience. My son had his first experience being in limo and he really enjoyed it. Thank you Chauffeur Rides for making it possible for my son to enjoy the ride in your limo!

5 star! We had a two hour cruise around London. Our Chauffeur Umer was amazing, so kind and went out of his way to ensure the 4 of us had the best experience. From booking this experience (8 seater Hummer), to paying the deposit, the full amount and making sure the experience was planned to the tinniest detail for my husband’s 50th was superb. I would recommend this company as the best service experienced.

BENTLY LIMO WAS OLD, TIRED AND NO MOOD LIGHTING OR MUSIC. NOW TRYING TO GET A PARTIAL REFUND THROUGH COURT.

We contacted for a quote for the 16 seater hummer for my sons 16th birthday. Ibz was prompt in responding with photos of the car and information. I wanted a stop off for photos and he was great at giving suggestions of where. On the day our driver Mr Nads arrived 10 minutes early and parked up the road so I could put in some drinks, balloons and chocolates on the seats as this was a surprise for my son. We then drove to the front of the house and surprised my son and his friends. The whole day went smoothly regarding timing due to Mr Nads being very good with routes. We had a stop off by the river for photos then onto a restaurant. Mr Nads waiting for us and got us back 5 minutes before our package was over. A memorable event for my son and his friends where they connected their Bluetoothand enjoyed their music for the journeys. Would recommend. Some minor improvements that would have got the 5 stars but the company are aware.

Booked a 5 seater Mercedes jet van to go to a concert in London. Driver turned up on time, was very professional and friendly and the vehicle was spotless and super comfortable. Will be using again
