If I could give zero stars then I would. I booked a stretch hummer limo for a wedding party and it didn't even show up! Not only did it not show up, I didn't receive, a call, a text or email informing me. When I called the person I was told 24 hours earlier would be my driver he was on the otherside of London on another job!!

Then when I am calling Chauffeur Ride, he refused to talk to me and then tried to fob me off with a B.S story that the car got a puncture. When the reality is that they double booked the driver.

Thanks to UBER and a bridesmaids mummy mobile we all just about made it but the registrar was ready to cancel and move onto the next wedding.

Do NOT risk you special day by booking with these people!!

Hired them for 2 days, both days with the Rolls Royce. Everything went absolutely perfect, pick up time is honored perfectly. The driver Shabz even come super early to make sure the time is within the agreement.

Definitely gonna use their service again in the near future.

Carl turned up in the 6 serer Bramwith 20 minutes early which put me at ease right away. The Bramwith was in exceptional condition. Carl was the most patient and calm Chauffeur. Thank you Carl.
