Great service from the guys at chauffeur ride, everything from start to finish was a smooth and easy process, communication was great and overall very happy!

Hiring a car from this company was breeze. Their booking process was user-friendly, and their chauffeur made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth rental experience.

Everything was perfect and amazing we had a wonderful time inside it, the driver was also polite and it was very delightful perfect for a birthday party

We found their pricing to be fair and competitive. The quality of service and vehicles received far exceeded the cost.

One of the few companies which offers various types of vehicle without outsourcing it. Hence the package price for the limo and rolls royce was unbeatable.

Avoid this company! Absolutely disgusting customer service and unprofessional people. Do not book your wedding cars with them. We booked 2 rolls Royce ghost and got charged a lot of money because I specifically wanted these two. On the day of the wedding none of the cars arrived at the agreed time. I called up and queried as to where the cars are and they said it’s on the way 15 mins. Then after this time I see a black phantom which I did not request. Calling Ibrahim he tells me the black ghost has issues so they sent me this phantom. At no point did they call me to tell the the car that I BOOKED and AGREED to hire was no longer available. I had other cars from other companies and they were able to notify me but this useless company didn’t. Instead they chose to ruin my big day. They charged me so much money and couldn’t even give me what I ordered. 15 mines later the second car comes and again it’s not the Miami ghost instead it’s a different white ghost. As a groom I specifically chose my families vehicles for the aesthetic to compliment my fleet. Instead of sending me my second agreed car they sent me a different vehicle without confirming with me first. So my entire wedding day mood had been ruined and they did nothing about it but take £100 off. I could have easily got the phantoms myself elsewhere for a lot less if k wanted these cars. The very least this awfuk company should have done is notify me well in advance that my agreed vehicle (black ghost) isn’t available and I could have then been able to make arrangements else where. And at least send me my second ghost ( white Miami ghost) that I also booked. But instead they sent that to Manchester. They showed no business ethics and are scammers. Neither Qas or Ibrahim want to take responsibility and even though it’s one company have no communication with each other. All they had to do was communicate that and I could have made other arrangements. But they didn’t give me that option. Instead £50 off each vehicle when I paid £1800 total for 2 cars. I always knew the service was going to be bad and now regret going with them.

We also got some v class Mercedes vans. After I was left with no choice in my wedding day especially after the cars were late and Ibrahim was refusing to fix the issue. Given I’m late to my wedding and had my hands tied having to just accept the cars and pay the balance (£100 off is a joke) we made way to the venue. Luckily I hired a car from a different company for myself. I arrived at the venue and having doing the grooms entrance shot. It’s brought to our attention that one of the Mercedes v class drivers decided to get fuel and subsequently disrupted and ruined our entrance. My immediate family guests had then become late to the function and missed the start. The fuel of the car should have all been done prior to arrival. This company is literally a joke and they have no business morals or logic. If it wasn’t my personal wedding I would have told the cars to get lost and I’d rather have walked to the venue.

So please don’t hire using them and go elsewhere.

Massive thank you for yesterday’s service the drivers was very lovely kind and they took well care of my family I really appreciate it fantastic service 10/10 I will recommend to everyone to make a booking for your special day.

Reviews are based on the owner asking his friends to write don’t get peoples to post fake reviews your service is bad and your not offering outstanding service you let people down on important moments very bad

We booked the White Classic Bramswith for Daughters Prom. The car arrived on time and was in no rush to get going. The driver was very happy to allow photos before departure and on arrival. The Girls really enjoyed being the focus of attention when arriving in such a beautiful car.

Booked for my sons prom. Highly recommend this company. Great communication throughout. The driver was fantastic. Very polite and patient with us whilst we took a million photos. Made the experience that much better. Will be using again in the future. Thanks guys

***AVOID*** driver was late, had no idea where he was going and we arrived at our venue 2.5 hours late. The 8 seater Mercedes had no air con, no fridge, no PlayStation, only 1 working TV all of which are being used when advertising this vehicle and now totally being ignored by the company. Shocking company.

I had expected a trusted and safe service to take my teenage daughter to a birthday party. Found that she was stranded along with her friends at the agreed pick up location with no transport as the booking did not arrive. Many phone calls and taxi bookings later to resolve the situation, I would not use this company again due to the lack of concern and safety considerations of its passengers. Very poor service.

Shockingly awful service. Do not use this company. Left my son and friends at the side of the road at agreed pick up location without reliable transport to and from an event. No communication to advise of cancellation.

Booking did not show with no communication of cancellation, leaving 15 people without transport. Had to chase numerous times for any kind of response. Guests were late to function and over £300 out of pocket after the headache of organising replacement taxis. Not the experience we wish to repeat. Do not use this company.

Absolutely disgusting on all counts I recommend this company to accommodate a 18th birthday total let no show excuses no help to redeem the issue left 16 stranded so embarrassed that I recommended this company total let down cost allot in cabs

Do not and I repeat do not touch this business with a bargepole, limo booked and deposit paid, didn’t turn up and didn’t even have the decency to call to advise of the so called tyre blow out puncture on the M1.
Disgraceful customer service and should be out of business and looking at previous reviews it would appear there are numerous others who have been bitterly disappointed with this so called business.
Steer well clear and check out reviews first!!!
