I am writing once again to express my frustration regarding the €800 I paid through your platform. According to my lawyer, Mr. Jürgen, my money is allegedly blocked by another platform, which is highly concerning. Your company’s lack of transparency and failure to resolve this issue over the past few months has proven to be unprofessional and unacceptable.

This platform is misleading customers by advertising affordable bookings, while in reality, it takes the money without providing the promised services. I believe this deserves public exposure.

If I do not receive my refund within 48 hours, I will proceed with publishing my negative review and taking further legal steps. However, if my refund is processed promptly, I will consider removing the post.

Cheap hotel Hub took payment in January for a booking in March 2024.They did not secure my booking but took my money. They keep giving a pathetic excuse about their payment partner for my refund. This will be the third time in the past four month that I had to dispute a charge from Cheap Hotels Hub. Beyond frustrating. When will this fraudulent site be shut down?

Ref to my booking ref#: #gMeIczg-I3QZpj0L173Oz. My husband booked the Holidays Inn hotel in Johor Bahru Malaysia from 31Jul 2024 to 02Aug 2024 (2nights stay) via this Cheaphotels Hub website and payment has been made. The bill is USD 197.47 (SGD 274.23) has been paid via credit card.

However, when we arrived there (Holiday Inn hotel in JB), the hotel staff mentioned that the reservation has not gone through. There was no reservation.

As such, we needed to pay again to rebook the hotel room again which is another USD 230. I wrote in for request to refund. The reply from Cheaphotels Hub is I need to provide a picture of myself and my 12digit credit card number, which I find it unbelievable as these are confidential information. Anyway, I sent them the transaction of the booking ref # (hotel book ID).

I hope I would receive a positive outcome to refund my money

I would give a zero rate for this incident if I am another victim of the scam which I see from most of the negative feedback..This is the worst experience I have encountered, it is very disappointing.This is really unacceptable and make me think is scam. Would not recommend anyone to use this website based on the hassle that we have been through.

The money was took out of my account and I got an email asking me to send in a picture of my face, an ID, and a picture of the card I used. Really feeling like I've been scammed out of my last $100 while been homeless. This need to be fixed immediately. I don't understand why you guys do not have a working phone number. My husband and I booked a hotel yesterday on their website and never had a confirmation mail with a reservation number. Then I called the hotel and they told me that they never heard about my reservation. My trip is tomorrow and I have my train tickets but no hotel. It was for our 2 years of marriage anniversary. I am disgusted !!!!!!! Why do you steal people's money ????

Seems like these guys are running a scam of some sort. I placed my booking, then when I had no confirmation I contacted the hotel (they had never heard of Cheap Hotels Hub!!!).

I raised the claim with the bank and all of sudden I get an email from their support team saying the only way they can refund is if I cancel the fraud claim. I do this and now I've been waiting for several months and still no refund. Constant waffle comes back about payment gateways and blaming stripe.

Last Thursday I made a reservation thru CheapHotelsHub for a Holiday Inn located at Puerto Rico. At the moment the ‘Complete’ button was pressed the transaction and emailed of confirmation were processed. The same day talking with the hotel they indicate that the reservation info wasn’t on their database and that maybe later the system would recognize the info. Today I call again to know if my reservation came thru and they say that there isn’t a reservation with my name, info nor confirmation number…
Hope this message gets to CheapHotelsHub and we can figure how to get a reimbursement of the money invested!

I open up a claim back in January 18th about this location and Raleigh, North Carolina. It's in a bad area with lots of complaints against it. It's called suburban suites studio and North Carolina Raleigh. The complaints are people loitering in front selling drugs and numerous weapons assaults. I was told by somebody that I have as a contact in Raleigh, North Carolina that this place is an undesirable place to stay. Upon reviewing this place I didn't see all that so I finally received on today's date which is March 21st a full refund
