I gave a great rating because it was such an easy process. They got me a great room at a great price and absolutely no problems. And the best part was that they checked on me a few days later to make sure we were satisfied.

It’s a terrible experience to book the hotel here. When I arrived the hotel, there is no hotel and call the phone that they provided and it’s not in used. It’s a fraud hotel and I try to email to cheap hotels hub but after 3days there’s no answer. I have found their Facebook page and sent message by messager to them but still no reply. Finally, I’ve got no hotel that night which I have paid GBP106 and no one try to contact and assist me.

Its been over 10 days and still waiting for a refund and no one from their customer service ever replay.
February 4, 2024 i have not gotten my refund. According to Stripe webpage the refund pending estatus means insuficiente or negativo balance. Its all a scam.

On Jan 11th, they said they will provide me a refund but until now Jan 26th no refund still. I raised a dispute with Revolut since that is what i used for payment but for some unknown reason they managed to make me lose the dispute and Revolut cannot do anything. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY. What kind of scam is this? I am sure they will reply to this complaint but no refund still........

Like many others that had issues with the site on January 10th, I did as well. However, I was given notice I was going to get a refund a couple days later. The team was very responsive to my questions and emails. A couple of weeks later, I can now confirm I received the full refund.

I made a reservation and they charged my card immediately, although I didn't receive any confirmation. The voucher finally came after almost 5 hours. I think they just take this time to confirm with the hotel. After reading these reviews I got nervous and called the hotel, they confirmed my reservation is fine, so it's not a scam.
