Can be faster! 4 emails and just 2 responses.

Book Barceló Bavaro palace - 2 adults and 3 children. Asked 4 times to give us voucher - no response. Tried to call - no phone number!!! Sit in stress around 2 days. Finally got my voucher!!!! Guys, you must response faster! You must provide all documents faster! Prices are good, but who knows if everything will be fine. As a result 20th we had a check in. Thank you that not a scam!!!

Waiting for a response

Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews before attempting to book from this site. I made a reservation, money was taken from my account; however, I've yet to receive an official conformation for my reservation. I feel as though I have been scammed and there is customer service number provided to discuss my issue.

TOTAL SCAM OF A COMPANY!!…

made a reservation yesterday through their site and was immediately charged on my card. Never got a reservation email and the hotel has not record of my reservation. Both numbers that are available for this SCAM of a company are disconnected. I have contacted my credit card company and am disputing the charge. Given how many bad reviews and similar situations I see on this site I should get my money back within a few days. The inconvenience and the delay this causes are disruptive but I was able to reserve at another trusted site. I have yet to hear from this company. Big yikes

Unexpectedly paid 170$ Canadian not realizing the money is in USD. The hotel is 99$ Canadian on the website. My money was taken, my room was not confirmed and my trip is in a few days and when emailing support they got back to me once, told me to email support if I have concerns (which is what I was doing) then replied to no further emails requesting a refund. Sufficient to say my trips been ruined and I wouldn’t suggest booking this way to my worst enemy

My Booking(0)

I checked again yesterday and tonight and my booking under my yahoo email, the email I used for booking, shows zero booking. I tried to logoff thinking of registering my google email but it keeps on auto-logging me on using my yahoo. After several tries of timing and clicking, in split seconds, I was able to see the sign-in prompt right before it auto-logins. But when I did using google, it returned with an error ... 403 (looks like an api is not working). I had email exchanges with the support, including the developer and pointed them out the possible bug in their UI. They said it was fixed but I emailed with screen shots that it is not fixed. My booking still shows nothing -- 'My Booking(0)'. I wonder if someone is fixing it or bother to fix it. They said not to worry about it. But who would not if their UI is not showing my booking... and my card is charged already.

Thought I was getting a great deal

Thought I was getting a great deal when they boasted $61.00 a night. I guess the timer counting down doesn’t give you time to read the fine print. I thought I was paying in Canadian dollars when in fact it was in US currency. As soon as I realized this, I tried to cancel our reservation, but it was too late. I emailed them to try and get a refund but it was like trying to get blood from a stone. Beware purchasing from them. Bad business as far as I am concerned.

Did not get my money back

Booked a hotel but never got a confirmation email. They charged my credit card.
I got an answer, that booking is canceled and I will get a refund within 3 days.
But after more than 10 days still did not get refund.

This website appears to be a scam; exercise caution. The hotel did not receive my reservation, and upon arrival, there was no booking. The company immediately charged $164 to my credit card. And I have to pay the amount again to the hotel, otherwise I would have sleep on the street.
I’ve received no response via email, WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram. Avoid booking with this site. I hope my bank will refund the money; otherwise, I’ll report it to the police. Horrible!

The motel has no record of the the booking

Six days ago, I booked a motel 1 hour away from were I live (Australia) Order #QUBC2rI0V1orijjKDuDIP: I called the motel and they have no record of the the booking. Also their web site is in USD though it's not specified on the page only at check out after the fact in the fine print. Cheap Hotels Hub took payment immediately from my account almost twice the cost I could afford in AUD which I thought was the currency as I'm in Australia and booking an Australian motel. Worst customer experience available for a first time customer

I booked this site and made a mistake for the city of the hotel. The conference I was going to only had one room left so I had to rebook on my own. I contacted them and was told my only option was to rebook through them. I told them I had already rebooked for the correct city and that was not a solution. Never heard anything back. Will be disputing with my bank. Reading these reviews I will call and verify as they will not guarantee a booking even though they have already taken the money.

Was a first time customer, will definitely never use this service again.

Clearly in there response they didn't read the initial issue. The reservation is for the wrong city! They have confirmed the wrong city. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. THEY DON'T SHOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNTIL AFTER YOU BOOK

They charged me more than standard and in the wrong currency 4 x the going rate! The hotel didn’t receive the booking and when I contacted the Hub they sent a voucher with the wrong dates! This was a disaster and I’m working towards a full refund.

*SCAMMED* like everyone else. Booked a hotel reservation through them, was charged the full amount immediately on 01/10/24. Four days later I get an email from their website saying my reservation was cancelled and I would receive a refund. Website says give 1hour up to 10 days for refund. It took them less than a day to charge my card. The charge reversal should have been immediate. I called their number..out of service, found another number which turns out is Expedias phone #!! They literally have Expedia's # on their website. No response to my emails either. I reported this to my cc bank.

I would leave 0 star for this website. It never said that the booking would be made by USD when I made a booking, and although I sent 3 emails just a few minutes after the booking for the cancellation of the booking, they never responded to them. They should have notified that the booking will be made by USD in payment page, and this is totally a scam for non-US countries.
I contacted the accommodations I booked and they are all happy to cancel my booking without any charge, however, the one who never replies is the support team. It is clarified in the system that the service center is 24/7, and the email is a live contact, but why could I not receive any response for my 3 emails?
The site is fraud and took my additional $170 with the USD currency. This is so much EMBARRASSING and UPSET experience that I have never had in my life!!!

If the support team would see this post, please proceed the refund right away as the accommodations had already cancelled my booking in their system.

One is for $241.17USD and another for $141.25USD. There is no space for $170USD you mention, because simply this is the cost of rooms with our lowest fee on the market. Also we noticed that there is delay between both of your payments, so you were able to check the currency on the first one prior to making the second. Last but not least, USD is written in the end of EACH page as well as in the terms and conditions with BIG BOLD LETTERS.

We would love to refund you, but we have already paid for your stay to the hotels and they confirmed it, meaning there is no reverse operation available. Also we made sure you received the vouchers allowing you to stay in the booked hotels without any issues.
