I had an awful experience with CheapTicket.sg (Refund Request for Booking CSG-6621142). After booking the flight for my mother, I encountered an issue that required their assistance. However, the follow-up was beyond frustrating. I reached out multiple times via email (both my mother's and mine) and even used their online chat function, but each time I was either ignored or given generic responses with no real help. I used my email and provided screenshots to assist with my mother's flight cancellation from Tway, as it was a low-cost carrier. Yet, CheapTicket.sg's chat assistant kept saying to wait and that "something will happen," but nothing did.
I even sent daily chaser emails, simply asking for an acknowledgement of the issue or if they needed any clarification. But still, no proper response or resolution. We know we would receive less money in return after the admin fees for the flight cancellation, but all we wanted was some clarity or guidance on how to proceed. It’s as if once they have your money, they don’t care about providing any kind of meaningful support.
I had to resort to writing a review to hopefully get some response. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.

stop ripping people off if you need an emergency flight for a deceased relative they will give you no breaks and will try to steal your money at all costs

Worst customer care, Worst rescheduling experience, rude chat support.. I mean this the worst experience you can ever have dealing with a travel aggregator.

This is the first time I'm using their service an the whole booking process went smoothly. Hopefully, all the subsequent processes like web check-in and luggage drop also turns out smoothly.

I would appreciate it if you could recommend a more affordable alternative website; the current one is not responding correctly, and I have had to wait over a week.

Really cheap comparing to other top websites on the market. Hesitated to book through this website as not sure if I can trust but then it's a bonus saved few hundred pounds by booking the flight ticket through these guys.I highly recommend this website to friends and family.

I had a terrible experience with CheapTickets and want to warn others. I paid for a ticket change on January 12, 2025, at 1:22 AM (SG time), expecting my updated e-ticket to be processed quickly. However, CheapTickets only issued the revised ticket on January 13, 2025, at 8:00 PM—too late for me to use it.
When I arrived at the airport, the airline staff confirmed that CheapTickets had not updated my ticket. Because of this, I had no choice but to board my original flight, and all my connecting tickets were reissued when I was at Las Vegas airport. Since I never used the new ticket they issued, I immediately contacted CheapTickets at 10:47 AM on January 12, 2025, explaining the situation and requesting a refund.
Despite this clear mistake being on their end, CheapTickets refused to refund me, even though I provided all the proof:
✅ Payment confirmation
✅ Delayed ticket issuance (almost 2 days late!)
✅ Original ticket used instead of the new one
✅ Proof that the airline staff confirmed no update was made to my booking
Their customer service was completely unhelpful, repeating the same excuse that they "can't process refunds," even though this was their fault. I wasted my money due to their slow processing and lack of responsibility.
⚠️ If you need to change your ticket, DO NOT trust CheapTickets! Their system is unreliable, and they do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. I will never use them again.
They charge arms and legs to cancel or change. cheaper and more benefit to book directly to the airline

Smooth and prompt booking and reasonable fares. received tickets with few min of booking
The ticket booked on your site was my flight from dfw to sin. It invoked American airlines & Japan airlines. The booking code you gave me only works on the Japan airline website & NOT THE AMERICAN AIRLINE WEBSITE. So I could only confirm my seats & checkin on part of my flight..... and the most important part (the longest sector) i can't even access to checkin or pick my seat. That's really bad!!
You should know your airlines and have the right code for each that is separate!! So they actually work!
Explanation and reply all over good
Service is good
