I am not able to change my tickets
The Chat is not working
No one replying to my emails
No provision for changing flight with few hours if it was don’t by mistake
I called immediately after the booking to cancel the flight as I was getting a cheaper rate after 5 mins on CheapTickets but I was asked that booking cancellation charges of CheapTicket will be $138 per person which is 80% of my flight cost
There is a hidden price charging for the master card but not the visa one. Once user enter the card details, there is no charged included which is misleading. One when user click onto the small information link could see extra charge would be applied. It acts like a scam! If you charge differently, either pop up the extra charge windows or reflect the charge into the payment amount.
Unequal Luggage [check-in] distribute.
Outbound with NO bags given but Inbound allows not more than 32 Kg or 2 bags
Should be One bag check-in luggage for outbound and one bag for inbound
Received the flight confirmation , unable to log in SQ airline using booking number and wish to reserve seat . Unable to reach your customer service and make inquiries .
Showed premium economy upgrade and charged extra for it. In the end, I will received just economy tickets

I bought a ticket eight days ago and was told the airline would send me the e-ticket within 24 hours via email. I'm still waiting! I emailed them and called them multiple times and all they say is that I have to wait, sorry for the delay. My hands are tied up, I cannot do anything except cross my fingers that I didn't waste $1,300....
EDIT:
Since I posted this review I called and emailed repeatedly and the last time (3 days ago) they said I would get an answer within 48 hours. It's been 72 hours and there is no response, no signs of their efforts to fully refund the $1,299 they promptly took out of my checking account.
PEOPLE, BE WARY OF THIS PLATFORM!!!

I'm a seasoned traveller with gold status in multiple airline alliances. The "Premium service" provided by CheapTicket was significantly below the standards advertised and caused significant chaos to my travel.
Misleading "Free of charge": I purchased the Premium Service Package from merchant CheapTicket, which explicitly stated "free of charge" for changes and cancellations. This is clearly misleading and unfair. The term "free of charge" should imply NO fees, including airline fees. However, when I tried to make a change within 1 day after booking, I was asked to pay "airline fees" of $140. The merchant refused to waive the fee or refund after multiple emails. I believe that merchant's website is responsible for this misunderstanding. The unexpected additional "airline fees" is misleading and contradicts the advertised benefits of "Premium service package".
Email to customer at 2:00am with 30-min to respond: as shown attached, at ~2:00am 16 Nov, I received 3 emails with 30-min window to respond. I questioned why and I was give a reason of "the team works 24 hours... cannot provide exact time". Please, Having a 24 hours specialized team is NOT an excuse for sending emails to customers at 2:00am with 30 mins to respond. The "premium package" led me to believe changes would be handled smoothly, not with such a disruptive and time-pressured chaos.
Transparent and not auto adding those extra services which maybe misleading.
Most horrifying air tix experience from CheapTicket!
I’ve made purchase for return air tix to KL with additional baggage @ 20kg/way & paid for it @ SGD 311. They replied me an hour later to say the baggage was not secured & I had to login to the airline website to manage booking to make the purchase. Guess what!! The airline is charging 20kg @ ~ SGD 100/way! Goodness gracious!! If they can’t honor the sales conditions, reach out to the buyer to arrange for 100% refund. I’ve since emailed them & they’ve not responded.
No way am I going through them for future purchases! Literally buy at your own risk!!!
