Do Not Use this company

Customer support is awful. I had a recurring payment of $2500 set up to pay a contractor of mine and then we terminated the recurring payment and it still processed a payment after the termination. First, customer support couldn't understand the issue I was having. Second, I am out $2500 and I can't get them to respond and help solve the problem. I have left repeated messages for them and they just won't pay attention to it. They won't talk to me on the phone so all I can do is email support or open a chat window online which they are slow to respond to. This has been going on for almost two months now and they haven't even begun to address the problem.

I’ve been waiting for my account to be…

I’ve been waiting for my account to be reactivated for quite some time now, and the delay has been frustrating. While the support team has responded to my queries, there’s been no real resolution or urgency. The process feels slow and disorganized, and I still don’t have access. I expected better service and faster turnaround. I hope Trustpilot improves their support system to provide more transparent and timely updates to users.

I looked into your virtual card and I see that the funds that were loaded on it have been spent. I have not seen any declined transactions from Walmart. However, the transactions that were declined were to PayPal. Our support team has explained in the chat conversation that unfortunately, it's not possible to send funds to PayPal from a virtual card.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Every time I have to be paid by them it is a process to get my funds. With them even confirming bank account and with this they are able to get deposited in and out of my account but when it comes to my check no go. Then instead of finding a way to paye they just suspend my account. Honestly if your a employer please pay threw someone else.

They told me my check was deposited…
