They don’t explain that it comes from…

They don’t explain that it comes from china first off.. Crap timing, received the package for Mother’s Day almost 10 day late even when laying the extra to have it “expedited”.. messaged the customer service people and explained this was a gift for Mother’s Day to which they replied “hopefully it gets there in time” and it was already 6 days past that date lol so all in all not great.

Rip off

Ordered a heart box and necklace. Arrived a month late(when I ordered a month early)damaged and missing a necklace. A rep informed me they would send a whole new one, only to send just the necklace(which also took several weeks).

Ordered Forever rose heart box and…

Ordered Forever rose heart box and additional bracelet on 21st November 2023.
Arrived damaged on 3rd December 2023.
Emailed their support team same day and was asked to send photos of damage which I did and was told replacement damaged parts would be sent out and I am still waiting.
I have followed emails up several times and had no reply.
I have asked for a refund as this was going to be a Christmas present and still with no reply.
