Drove 2 hrs to Maryland location and waited 1 hr in parking lot to load up order.

Quality Control

Quality Control - The unit was dirty inside with spiders and webs. The door handle is rusty and the door has no sweep or seal to keep weather or bugs and ants out. Plumbing on side is open no caps to keep out bugs and critters till its plumbed. The Window does not come with the pull down screen this is an additional $130.00 and if you don't get, you can't open window without bugs coming in. The Unit is expensive and should have been cleaned, have a sealed door, caps for all plumbing on side and come with the pull down screen for the window. Delivery 4/18/2026

Outdoor restroom exceeded my…

Outdoor restroom exceeded my expectations. Details and craftsmanship excellent. My only nitpick is the door has no weather striping seal, door chain stopper, or adjustable door closer. Other than that 5 stars.

6” wood chipper.

This machine is a beast. Great produce for the price. I was contemplating multiple rentals of a 6 hydraulic chipper. Glad I did not. The only difference is this unit does not have a hydraulic feed. This chipped a 6” branch with no problem. You just have to feed it in. Controlled manner. I Rand for 5 hours with no problem.

The order was slow

The order was slow, but it did arrive. I assume it came from overseas. I thought I needed this, but found it was a water issue supply instead. But, I did open the package, but did not use it. I guess I will store it somewhere in case I need it one day.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Used the online chat feature last week and it states that you will receive answers in 24 hours. Never got an answer. Hard to trust a company who won't even respond.

Excellent support.

Once I discovered a piece missing from my purchase the folks at Chery shipped it out to me right away.. even though the purchase was a year ago. I was just slow to open the container... Thanks Chery! Jon

Gate was damaged

Gate was damaged, lots of scratches and gouges. Looks like a used product I was sold. Delivery wasn’t wrapped or protected, no hardware easement with the gate Was told someone from customer service was going to contact me. No one ever did.

Installation instructions very poor

Installation instructions very poor. We were short bolts and nuts. Also missing some brackets and smaller nuts.

Took forever to ship

Took forever to ship. Then was shipped the wrong part. Asked to return and get the correct part. I was told to send pics and I would get a label to return the wrong part and they would ship the correct part. I sent the pics the next day. Still waiting on return label and for correct part to ship three days later. With no further response, despite trying to contact them. For a $144 part, this does not make me happy.

Incomplete ordering process

I ordered a couple parts, paid for them thru the link/app provided in email, no problem there. however a month after no delivery , I called and found out that the order was placed on hold ? or not completed. the guy ( Steve ) who I had talked to had left the company without completing the order. The girl who I talked to ( Lin ) ? completed the order but her English is lacking and difficult to understand. The part did ship quickly after that. Received it about 1 week. I did receive a useless email stating a update on shipping that contained no info ? The parts that I got worked fine though. The plow part that I had to replaced is cheap China steel and had easily tore when I had a hard hit on immovable object that I hit with plow, My fault.

I am at bit concerned..

I am at bit concerned... the one box was delivered and hour ago and it shows a dent in the box. We have not opened it yet, will let you know if there is damage to the contents.
