Seems like I’ve been stupid again. I ordered some sandals from an advert on Facebook last August 9 months later I still have not received them. Endless emails back and forth and the one I’ve just sent has bounced back saying address not known. Be warned people it’s a scam. If I had got pregnant the same time I ordered my sandals by now at least I would have a baby!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The same thing happened to me. I purchased sandals August last year and when I chased up delivery it was either a logistics issue or be patient.

SCAM...Ordered sandals in August...many emails back and forth...still not received order or refund...absolute disgrace that Facebook allows this company to trade on there...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMAPNY OR FACEBOOK...SCAM

Total rip off. Ordered sandals in June - still waiting. Countless e-mails - fob off replies when they do reply. Looking at the responses here which I should have done before is there nothing we can collectively do to stop them still ripping off others?

Complete scam - never received sandals last August and just received a stream of emails fobbing me off and ignoring my request for a refund. It is terrible taking everyone's money in these troubled times, they should be investigated!

I paid in August 20 told in January 21 that covid was the reason for the delay and was asked to be patient. 😂😂

Absolutely fuming and disgusting order in July and same again sent lots of emails say their stuck at customs blamed COVID at first never buy anything from here unless you want to say goodbye to your money or mine in this case ask for a refund no jot there

Totally disgusted ordered in August still nothing, emailed and the same as everyone else who's put a review up, item is being shipped, have now requested a refund and funnily enough they're not quick to respond to that email and as someone has already pointed out they don't deserve any stars but it's the only way to leave a review, disappointed and angry.

Same thing happened to me, they say the sandals were delivered to the wrong address and they’ve sent them again, 102 emails. Cathy efin lin supposedly. I paid in July it’s now end of November. I’m so so angry at Facebook and Instagram too, they should check these advertisers before showing them to us, they are just as responsible tbh. If I could get my hands on them!...........

I requested a refund from the bank when my items didn't arrive and was given it. But the bloody cheeky gits asked for the money back saying they had sent the items to me and they have proof of of me recieving them. All total lies so I'm now on hold to the bank to try to stop this. Hopefully the bank believe me.

I have emailed them about 15 times and each time they say be patient your order is on it’s way... how on earth can it take 14 weeks for delivery. I have just reported them to the POLICE as this is fraud.

They've robbed me off money

ordered a pair of sandals from this company having seen them advertised on Facebook in August 2020. they have not been delivered. I have sent numerous emails to this scam company with the usual response of please be patient they have been shipped etc etc. I am currently trying to get a refund .. as I paid on a credit card. do not use this company! Facebook you have let me down by advertising such a scam company. looks like I am one of many that have been scammed.

They don't deserve a star but it's the only way to write a review!
Absolutely DISGUSTING that they are allowed to trade on Facebook! They should be investigated and charged with theft!

They never arrived!
Tried to get a refund and they said I had one on Sept 19th but they cancelled it!
Can't Escalate to a Claim with PayPal either!
Sick of getting the same email answer asking me to be patient!
I know I have no chance of getting it
now. It makes me so angry!

I ordered in July, NEVER received anything. Raised a Paypal dispute but these people claimed it was delivered so I didn't get my refund.

I ordered sandals for the summer 27 July 2020 with this company, still not received them. I have sent numerous emails with replies of they were sent must have gone to wrong address, perhaps you gave wrong order number, we will resend etc etc etc ....to repeat but a few & at end of each email sorry, please have patience!! I think I have run out of patience!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM 100% - have had my money since July - tried to claim refund back through PayPal but they’ve been told by Seller that the goods were delivered - TOTAL LIE!! 😡😡

This company is a scam ordered sandals in August still not received,Quick to take your money though every time I email them they say be patient your order is on its way DISGUSTING!!!

Do not order from this company I only clicked 1 star so that I could write a review it should be minus. They are just a scam PayPal have been investigating ony behalf since end of August thisorning I received a message from PayPal saying my claim had been denied as the company had given them proof of posting and arriving at destination. No idea how they have this proof I certainly have not received my goods or any message that they have been sent. So this one's down to experience and never trust any company Facebook is advertising until you have throughly investigated whether its a reputable company.
