Scam company. I ordered some shoes from this company…
I ordered some shoes from this company and contacted them various times by email.
They have replied asking me to be patient but now I feel that my patience has run out.
They run adds on Facebook and all of a sudden you cannot write a comment on their add as I think they must be getting a lot of negativity and don’t want them published.
I have asked nicely for a refund with no outcome.
I should have known better as the company is in Kowloon Hong Kong.
Any ideas on how to handle this?
