You get an email saying your order has been despatched and then it never arrives, when u email the contact address you get no reply, Facebook needs to investigate these shoddy companies

This company is a scam !!! I ordered and paid for sandals in July and still not received them and after emailing them 5 times asking for a refund only to be told to be patient... I am really losing my patience ! Company’s like this need stopped . I will never order from anything on Facebook again

Nothing received after ordering and paying in July. Total scam

This company as you can see is a Scam. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 5/8/20 but did not even receive an email confirmation. Have put a chargeback request into my bank as I paid by credit card. The company are based in Kowloon, Hong Kong and I blame Facebook for accepting scam adverts. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Facebook in recent months and had to request a chargeback. It will be the last time though.
UPDATE
My bank refunded me within 10 days. Contact your bank if you paid by card and you should get refunded. I sent them copies of these reviews as evidence

This company have taken my money in aug and I have still received nothing. They do not contact you . When you contact them they tell you to be patient . Ive now run out of patience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .

I have also been scammed by these, absolutely disgusting! Ordered wedge sandals in July and never received them, just emails saying be patient like other ladies or a reply in Chinese. My bank are looking into it but not getting my hopes up. I will never buy off FB again!!

Absolute scam given a false tracking number give them a wide berth

I ordered sandals on 8th August and still not received them. Emails asking for patience and that customs had returned them. Have now asked for a refund but have been ignored. Fb should not allow them to advertise.

TOTAL SCAM- DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
You want get your order delivered or a refund all you get is a false Yodel tracking number.
Facebook need to investigate this company.

I have been waiting since beginning of August. Just requested a refund as didn't pay with PayPal..not holding much hope out though. Facebook need to sort this scamming out!

Don’t order it is a scam! Shoes ordered over 7 weeks ago - false Yodel tracking number given. Have got PayPal investigating- this company state shoes are delivered within 10 days - they are actually based in China so that’s impossible!

UPDATE - I opened a case with PayPal - they’ve been investing this for ages - today they sent me an email asking if I’d received the goods as the seller had sent them proof of postage (don’t know how as they never sent them in the first place!). I screenshot all these reviews on Trustpilot and they’ve given me a full refund! So gather as much evidence as you can in order to get your money back 🙂

I have been waiting 8 weeks. I get the same email it's on is way looks like writing it off. I think facebook should do something about this

I ordered a pair of sandals in July same as other ladies still waiting no reply from them Facebook should be responsible for companies who advertise with them. Does anyone know if I can claim a refund from PayPal.? Looks like we have been scammed.

I ordered a pair of sandals from this company on the 1st August 2020 still not received my order, having sent numerous emails all I get back is thankyou for your patience!! I have asked for a refund twice & they have refused, so I have contacted my credit card company & they are dealing with it, I am so angry that I got sucked in by this company never again will I order anything that is advertised on FB...

I ordered a pair of wedge sandals on 4 August for £22.99 still not received them. It was advertised on Facebook. When I queried it you just get a automatic reply immediately saying be patient. Absolute scam do not order anything from this fake company. Infuriating.

I too ordered sandals 6 weeks ago and not arrived. I have contacted the company to be told to be patient. Then told they had been shipped and sent a tracking number, but this does not work. I have asked for a refund but been told this isn't possible. The advert was on Facebook so surely they should be responsible for advertising for scam companies 😡

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Info on website said 10 to 14 days for delivery. Can't get any response at all. Scam company. Written my money off. Very little chance of getting the goods or a refund.
