They never delivered my order and REFUSED to give me my money back! I emailed them half a dozen times! They are a SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Ordered 4 items. Got only 3 but nothing to what was on picture. Very poor quality and lousy outfits. Morever, noway to get in tuch to return the goods.

It seems the company is no longer trading so unsuitable goods can no longer be returned. So unfortunately I am out of pocket with goods I don't want.

I ordered a dress, which was described as chiffon, which it definitely wasn’t! it was cheap polyester

Very poor quality garments. Ordered a number of tops and dresses which looked great in the pictures but in reality are so cheap and shoddy I would never wear them.
Returning is difficult and they will not refund postage, or "discounts deucted" and charge £3 return fee. Paid £118.60. Refunded £98.12. AVOID

I ordered this dress and the quality and the fitting was excellent

I ordered 2 dresses they don't fit anything like the description on the model photos!
I've filled out the necessary form and pressed submit but nothing happens! I've tried contacting them and get no response!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I purchased three dresses. The three of them look like the web site. Really good, very fresh fabric. I am satisfied with my products.

The two dresses I ordered looked great on the website but I am so disappointed. The material is poor quality, bad fit (oversized) so garments look shapeless, badly sewn so on one of them the neck doesn't lay flat, poor communication from seller. Having read the reviews here, I won't bother to return but will not order again from Chicmery.

The dress was nice enough, but the sizing was way off! I ordered a 12 which they call medium, but I'd say it was more an 18-20. I took a good 10-12 cm out and it's still roomy.
They only sent one item of the two I'd ordered and when I complained it took ages to get a reply, but they said it was out of stock and they had refunded me already. Though not for the postage I paid, and they took my 10% reduction on the other item too :-( They said they'd give me a £3 voucher, but it never came. Not brilliant!!

Returned product and what a performance to get money back - they keep the postage they charged you! Under no circumstances use this Company - they are making money just by keeping your postage alone - not an accredited company, in fact I’d say a scam - be warned!

Used chicmery to buy three dresses, made payment and was awaiting delivery. Checked on website and it said payment not processed, I managed to get to message someone via the site and had to prove I had made the payment.
Dresses arrived and the fabric is awful and there is no shape or fit to them.
I have requested for a refund and I am getting emails stating it’s cheaper to get vouchers to re-spend on same site had two of these and telling me will cost too much for me to send back. I informed them I will be going back to my bank to get money back and now they have said they have a depot in England for me to send back the items.
I advise people not to buy from this website.

Ordered a nice long green dress But when arrived it arrived it was blue midi dress (short), very big & baggy at the shoulder & very cheap quality! I asked for the full refund of £21.65 & to return the dress. Their reply was, they offered me 70% in vouchers & keep the dress or
Cash refund of £8.35 & keep the dress!! If I didn’t like the dress in the first place, why would I like to keep it? As per their policy, why can’t they return my £21.65? Be prepared not to get your money back if it’s the wrong item or wrong colour or the wrong size!!
