Good service

Chiltern doors and windows Birmingham were quick and efficient at replacing one of our larger windows. The quote was cheaper than other companies and Chiltern doors and windows were clean and tidy in the replacement of the window.
Haris was informative but not pushy in the sale of the window and the fitters were quick and on time.

Chiltern Doors are a 1st Class company. From going in to enquire about windows through to having those windows fitted. Nothing was too much trouble from the whole team. We were made to feel welcome, we weren't rushed and our ideas were listened to and discussed until every detail was finalised. We were then sent the final drawings for perusal before being submitted. Communication was superb from everyone at Chiltern. When our fitting day came the 4 man team arrived and worked tirelessly all day. The attention to detail was second to none, they worked like a well-oiled machine until they had finished. We cannot rate Chiltern Doors highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. You will not be disappointed with their choices, helpful staff, communication and pricing. We must say a HUGE thank you to Paul and Heidi, Louis, Angie and the 4 man team who fitted them. It all began with a quick call with Lui (the owner), who immediately impressed with his knowledge and approach. He shared a wide range of options over WhatsApp, making it easy to explore styles before even visiting.
When I went in the next day, Lui really took the time to listen, understand what I was looking for, and offered genuinely great advice — not pushy at all, just honest and experienced guidance. That made the decision process smooth and confident.
Installation day was equally impressive. The team arrived on time, were professional and efficient, and within just 4 hours had completely transformed the entrance with this absolute beast of a door. The finish, build quality, and attention to detail are top-notch.

Placing order for the door was quick and easy, occurred within the timeframe and once the door was ready installation happened within 2 days! The workers were exceptional. They were punctual, respectful of property and went the extra mile. The door itself is modern, and it really has transformed our house! I would definitely recommend this company, and would use their services & products again.

I’m really pleased with the work carried out on my windows and sill replacement. The team were hardworking, fast-paced, and very respectful of my home. They kept everything clean, removed all rubbish, and took away the old windows. Communication was clear and professional throughout. Lui was especially patient and always happy to accommodate what I asked for. I’m extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend their services.

Fitters turned up on time and done a lovely job very clean and tidy it was fitted 11 month ago still looks like new and no issues.
