It all began with a quick call with Lui (the owner), who immediately impressed with his knowledge and approach. He shared a wide range of options over WhatsApp, making it easy to explore styles before even visiting.
When I went in the next day, Lui really took the time to listen, understand what I was looking for, and offered genuinely great advice — not pushy at all, just honest and experienced guidance. That made the decision process smooth and confident.
Installation day was equally impressive. The team arrived on time, were professional and efficient, and within just 4 hours had completely transformed the entrance with this absolute beast of a door. The finish, build quality, and attention to detail are top-notch.
Overall — outstanding service, excellent product quality, and a seamless experience throughout.

Placing order for the door was quick and easy, occurred within the timeframe and once the door was ready installation happened within 2 days! The workers were exceptional. They were punctual, respectful of property and went the extra mile. The door itself is modern, and it really has transformed our house! I would definitely recommend this company, and would use their services & products again.

I’m really pleased with the work carried out on my windows and sill replacement. The team were hardworking, fast-paced, and very respectful of my home. They kept everything clean, removed all rubbish, and took away the old windows. Communication was clear and professional throughout. Lui was especially patient and always happy to accommodate what I asked for. I’m extremely happy with the final result and would highly recommend their services.

Fitters turned up on time and done a lovely job very clean and tidy it was fitted 11 month ago still looks like new and no issues.
Would recommend.

Shockingly bad - been waiting since July for my door to be repaired, no one calls you back despite reassurances on the rare occassion they actually answer the phone, no response to emails either - happy to take my money though - 5 months and still waiting for repair !
I have tried to respond to the comment left below and the email address doesnt work for me !! I have been emailing Lui and also info@ as shown on your website please check and ive also spoken twice to Lui with false promises made and "Angie" in the office on the rare occasion the phone gets answered who always says she is going to call back and doesnt !

I wanted a door fitted before Christmas and so went shopping around. I came across Chiltern Doors and called and spoke with Mr Lui Field who immediately said he could do this and asked what type of door I wanted. He came to do the measurements within an hour and I had my door fitted. Excellant customer service from start to finish.

Lui and this team (Ollie & Darren) transformed the front and back of my house! I now have beautiful french back doors and a gorgeous pink front door! It really is a showstopper!!!

I visited the showroom based on my neighbour's recommendation. Heidi and Paul were both excellent - extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also felt they were very genuine. I'd particularly like to thank the two chaps that fitted my front door - they had to remove the original Victorian doorframe and spend considerable time "making good". They worked until 8pm on a Friday without stopping (or complaining!). Really pleased with my Palladio door - high quality, looks fantastic and in keeping with my period property.

Chiltern Doors supplied and fitted a new composite front door. Right from the start all at Chiltern were extremely helpful and the door looks great. Would definitely recommend and such nice people to deal with!

We had a roof lantern installed by another company, it was dodgy and let water in. We found chiltern doors they have replaced it with a brand new one. Their price was cheaper than the first lantern we ordered and much better quality. Very good quality and will use these guys again
