From the moment we walked into their…
From the moment we walked into their showroom, we felt totally at ease with both Debbie and Kaine who were so welcoming and knowledgeable. We purchased the two pergolas recommended by both of them. We arranged for installation to take place yesterday 19th August. I received a call from their fitters 30 minutes before they were due to arrive, they were a team of 3, all of whom were very courteous. Within 2 hours both pergolas were installed and exceeded our expectations. We went through how the solar lighting, heater and how the drainage system worked, all were explained extremely efficiently by one of the fitters. We would not hesitate in recommending Chime to anyone that wanted to buy a pergola, they are a very professional, courteous and knowledgable company to do business with.

I’ve recently made quite a large purchase from Chimes Home & Garden, and from start to finish the whole experience has been absolutely exceptional.
The customer service and communication have been second to none. Nicola in particular has been absolutely amazing — professional, helpful, kind and so supportive throughout. She genuinely went above and beyond to help, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The furniture itself is beautiful quality, with so much attention to detail, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with what I’ve chosen.
Delivery was fantastic too — professional, efficient and completely hassle-free.
Chimes have completely smashed it from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I would 100% buy from them again.

I ordered a heavy base for a large parasol. The base arrived very quickly and didn’t need assembly, which was great. The parasol arrived today (from a different company as Chimes had sold out of them) but the two matched perfectly, as promised by Chimes. Very happy.

Furniture was delivered on agreed date and assembled.
The guys were friendly, clean and tidy and took away all the packing. The white glove service was definitely worth the cost.
