Really good shopping here once more with such good collection. Quality of material is improving. Only the prices are quite comparable to bigger clothing brand so the tendency is not to buy here

Clothes not recieved, no answer from chiquelle

Ordered two dresses 11 days ago that still haven’t been sent from Chiquelle. Wrote them both on the contact form on the website, email and Instagram, but they won’t answer me. Have been trying to get in touch with them for 6 days. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This company is trash

The mailservice never even recieved my package. Can’t get a response from their customer service team. So basically, they took my money and I haven’t recieved any of the items I ordered and customer service doesn’t respond. I dm’d one of the influencers they work with and got a response within 12 hours, while a company that is supposed to have a whole customer service team can’t manage to respond to their paying customers within a week, or even two? Will never order from this company again, and will go through legal means if that’s what it takes to get my money back.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?!
This I such a scam..
I placed an order more than two weeks ago.
According to my invoice I should’ve received my order April 30th. Today is May 14, and still nothing! And I haven’t heard anything either. Not even an email or a tracking number.
Never ever buy from this turdhouse..

Do not believe you get your money back!!

I sent 3 pieces back and they refunded just the money for the cheapest of them. As soon as I realized, I texted them immediately. Unfortunately they didn't manage to answer within 4 days. So I texted them again. I never got any reply (as promised in their automised email that says that you'll get an answer within 48hours). So almost a week after I sent the complaint they tranferred me some money without any words. And you know what? It wasn't the amount that was missing and what I was kindly asking for, no it was again too little..
I'll never order stuff from chiquelle again, if you don't want to lose your money, you shoudn't either.

So bad

So bad! I bought the “bonjour pocket” shirt at the chicuelle website and i didn’t receive it. I send them an email en they answered: the bonjour pockert shirt isn’t availible aymore and they just gave me a 20% discount code. I paid 40 euros for the shirt and they wont even send me the money back. Never order something at chiquelle!

Delivery costs are quite high, bad customer service

The delivery costs are quite high (5,95). I returned my items directly after I got them since the quality was not good. It took more than 2 weeks to arrive, since I live in Germany and I apparantly they have no office here. Since the delivery took so long, they charged me extra for not returning the items within 2 weeks. When I told them I send everything back already 2,5 weeks ago, which I could prove with the track&trace code, they told me I had to pay the extra costs anyway. Really stupid and I will never order here again. Do not recommend!

I wish I had checked trustpilot…

I wish I had checked trustpilot beforehand but I ordered from Chiquelle in the past and was very satisfied so I ordered something with them in January. A skirt and a dress. I didn´t like them so I send them back the next day.
It´s the 20th of February and I am still waiting for a refund. Everytime I sent an email I get the automated message that they will reply within 48 hours.
After contacting them on Instagram via DM I got an answer that they would sent me a mail, which I indeed received. They were asking me for the order number and said that they would check at their warehouse. They had changed warehouse and apparantly it was a hole big mess.
Anyway, I replied immediately. It has been 8 days and still nothing.
Too bad. I really liked some stuff they sell but I am never going to order from them again.

Unprofessional, didn’t accept standard return. Don’t buy with Chiquelle!

Bought a swimming suit for my girl friend, she didn’t even try it because it was the wrong size, so we sent it back to change to a different one. Then Chiquelle claimed the swimming suit would have black stains (??) and that they wouldn’t change or refund us because we broke the product. Which simply can’t be caused be us because we sent the product back right away. We contacted their customer service, but both weren’t willing to find a solution. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Terrible clothes and service

Terrible clothes and service!
I waited 4 weeks for my order to arrive, instead of the 3-4 days their website promises. When my top finally arrived it turned out to be of very poor quality. Didn't look at all like the pictures and the stitches were crooked. It got worse, trying to return the top is very hard! There are only a few DHL points who will accept the returnlabel...

It took Chiquelle another 3 weeks to process my returnproduct and then they will charge you 11,90 EUROS for it!!!

DO NOT BUY YOUR CLOTHES HERE
