I couldn’t be happier with the service…

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided to me by, Joelle Tucker. She was knowledgeable and provided me access to my money within days of speaking to her. One of my best financial moves was consolidating my retirement accounts into choice. They provided me with control of my investments that I did not get with other financial institutions.

Mailed a bill after changing from a traditional IRA to a ROTH

I had changed my silver investment from a traditional IRA to a ROTH. I thought the credit card I'd had on autopay with my traditional IRA would continue over to the ROTH. It did not. I got a written notice saying that I needed to pay my fee and charged me an extra fee for mailing the bill to me.
Leslie Anna refunded my mailing fee and assisted me in getting my CC on auto pay for my future ROTH payments.

Staying with Choice now!

As a very tenured client of Choice, actually I was a client when it was Kingdom Trust Via Bitcoin IRA, I was very impressed when Maribel reached out to me.
