Shed and greenhouse were good value
Shed and greenhouse were good value , but it was clear both were economy models . The shed was well designed , but could have been bettered by brass coloured bolts holding the shelves .

Garden Potting Table - great product well priced.
A great product competitively priced; the web site was easy to use, and finding and buying the product I needed was straightforward. The potting table is easy to assemble - the pieces fit together well and the screw/bolt holes line up perfectly (there are plenty of flat packs that don't!) and the inclusion of a couple of extra screws is a great idea in case you drop one when assembling. Nice touch with the stainless steel work surface and protected feet.

Ordering, dispatch and quality are first class- my only problem was with the courier who had our goods for over a week in their delivery depot. The parasol and base are terrific.

Wrong item sent and terrible customer service
Wrong item sent, phone line not active and on hold for over 45minutes no one actually mans the phones, it took 5 days before I managed to get through to someone on their chat. They collected the item over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. Now can’t get through to them. Avoid!

3 parasol orders!!!…… 2 failed to arrive🤬… claimed price promise on 3rd and then was charged twice …… once for the full price and then for the reduced price….. been in contact with your service department by phone and email who continue to ask for the same info…….still not been refunded…. Order date 14/07/26.

The company wants more info but didnt respect yourl upon your first issue raised with customer service
The crux being no notification of 2 consignments, not needing to know how busy they are as an excuse
The damaged front garden shrub caused by courier and then to top it all a crack in the wardrobe wood panel

We are very pleased with our small lean-to greenhouse. Navigating the site was easy and the description detailed and accurate. We were able to choose the item for the space we had. Delivery occurred in a very short time. The structure was quick and easy to put together and looks splendid in situ. I am looking forward to filling it.

The large poly tunnel
The large poly tunnel was delivered on time. The quality of the materials used is very good for the price of the unit. Much better than ones i have bought in the past from other retailers. I would definitely recommend these to other people.

The storage box is a disappointment
The storage box is a disappointment. The bottom part is very thin and flimsy. I am not sure how long it will last, probably not very long.

Delivery on time but.......
Delivery on time. Gorgeous cupboard. Flatpack but got a great young man who does little jobs for us because we're old! Just one slight negative- delivery guy who I let into the entrance to our flats didn't bring the heavy package up to our 3rd floor flat even though there's a lift. He just left it in the ground floor entrance and I, 83 year old woman, had to drag it across the entrance, into the lift, across the landing into our flat, through the flat into our 2nd bedroom, phewww! Surely a young fit delivery man should deliver to the actual address and not the entrance to a block of flats, especially when there's a lift?
