Tried calling customer services through phone number and still no answer after 4 weeks, sent numerous emails also and chat messsges to get ignored about my missing parcel

From great to terrible in a matter of weeks.
Having been really impressed with the quality of the product and service last time I ordered something, it seems everything at this company has fallen apart. I requested notification for new stock of an item several weeks ago and heard nothing. OK, maybe they haven't come in yet. However, I waited on the phone today for over 20 minutes and then gave up. I sent an email and received a reply saying they might not reply for 7-10 days. Really???

First time ordering from this company. From ordering to delivery took about 3 days. Plenty of notifications to update us on delivery. Flat pack instructions were very clear. All items look as they should.

Customer service is beyond slow
Customer service is beyond slow. 10 days plus to answer emails and none existent on the phone, they never ever answer. Waiting many weeks to get a refund with no communication. Guys you need to get your act together it’s 2026.

Prompt delivery two days after placing my order . Arrived well packaged .
Good instructions and very easy for two people to erect in about 30 minutes . Contrary to some reviews ,I found it to be sturdy and an excellent little shed for the price I paid .

I ordered a garden parasol and base from Christow . I am really pleased with the quality . I had been searching endlessly for a parasol that ticked all the boxes and at a reasonable price . I found it !! Very helpful website which advised on compatible bases and weight of bases . Made shopping very easy . And bargain almost half price . Fully trackable and delivered speedily via Evri . I Would definately recommend this company and would use again .
