First time using Christow and very happy, both with delivery service and excellent quality of parasol and base. Parasol easy to use and move around. Particularly like the tilt which I was wanting.
Have already recommended to friends and family.

We had a damage problem with our initial package however, it was dealt with very efficiently and we received a replacement next day.
It was a gift so we were very thankful and the recipients loved it.

Incredibly slow replies, no resolution yet. Cold frame greenhouse arrived with splintered wood and a buried screw where someone has clearly attempted assembly previously and returned the item. Contacted customer service multiple times to return for a replacement. Received one reply requesting photographic evidence which was provided. Still awaiting a response to arrange return or exchange and it's been well over 2 weeks.

Shed was very easy to assemble and is decent quality.

Lovely garden parasol, good quality and colour.

Shed and greenhouse were good value , but it was clear both were economy models . The shed was well designed , but could have been bettered by brass coloured bolts holding the shelves .

A great product competitively priced; the web site was easy to use, and finding and buying the product I needed was straightforward. The potting table is easy to assemble - the pieces fit together well and the screw/bolt holes line up perfectly (there are plenty of flat packs that don't!) and the inclusion of a couple of extra screws is a great idea in case you drop one when assembling. Nice touch with the stainless steel work surface and protected feet.

Hi, the service from order to delivery was fantastic and the item looked perfect...But unfortunately for me it was so difficult to put together that i had to return it...Sinead

Ordering, dispatch and quality are first class- my only problem was with the courier who had our goods for over a week in their delivery depot. The parasol and base are terrific.

Very helpful what I contacted them, and swift reply.

Wrong item sent, phone line not active and on hold for over 45minutes no one actually mans the phones, it took 5 days before I managed to get through to someone on their chat. They collected the item over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. Now can’t get through to them. Avoid!

The company wants more info but didnt respect yourl upon your first issue raised with customer service
The crux being no notification of 2 consignments, not needing to know how busy they are as an excuse
The damaged front garden shrub caused by courier and then to top it all a crack in the wardrobe wood panel

We are very pleased with our small lean-to greenhouse. Navigating the site was easy and the description detailed and accurate. We were able to choose the item for the space we had. Delivery occurred in a very short time. The structure was quick and easy to put together and looks splendid in situ. I am looking forward to filling it.

The items we bought were very nice and looked great. The items came on time which was excellent.

Delivery on time. Umbrella excellent quality and easy to put together. In hindsight probably should have gone for a heavier base.

The large poly tunnel was delivered on time. The quality of the materials used is very good for the price of the unit. Much better than ones i have bought in the past from other retailers. I would definitely recommend these to other people.

The storage box is a disappointment. The bottom part is very thin and flimsy. I am not sure how long it will last, probably not very long.
