Ordering, dispatch and quality are first class- my only problem was with the courier who had our goods for over a week in their delivery depot. The parasol and base are terrific.

Wrong item sent and terrible customer service
Wrong item sent, phone line not active and on hold for over 45minutes no one actually mans the phones, it took 5 days before I managed to get through to someone on their chat. They collected the item over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my refund. Now can’t get through to them. Avoid!

The company wants more info but didnt respect yourl upon your first issue raised with customer service
The crux being no notification of 2 consignments, not needing to know how busy they are as an excuse
The damaged front garden shrub caused by courier and then to top it all a crack in the wardrobe wood panel

We are very pleased with our small lean-to greenhouse. Navigating the site was easy and the description detailed and accurate. We were able to choose the item for the space we had. Delivery occurred in a very short time. The structure was quick and easy to put together and looks splendid in situ. I am looking forward to filling it.

The large poly tunnel
The large poly tunnel was delivered on time. The quality of the materials used is very good for the price of the unit. Much better than ones i have bought in the past from other retailers. I would definitely recommend these to other people.

The storage box is a disappointment
The storage box is a disappointment. The bottom part is very thin and flimsy. I am not sure how long it will last, probably not very long.

Delivery on time but.......
Delivery on time. Gorgeous cupboard. Flatpack but got a great young man who does little jobs for us because we're old! Just one slight negative- delivery guy who I let into the entrance to our flats didn't bring the heavy package up to our 3rd floor flat even though there's a lift. He just left it in the ground floor entrance and I, 83 year old woman, had to drag it across the entrance, into the lift, across the landing into our flat, through the flat into our 2nd bedroom, phewww! Surely a young fit delivery man should deliver to the actual address and not the entrance to a block of flats, especially when there's a lift?

Love the pink colour
Love the pink colour. Quite a thick pole but I managed to use it in my wrought iron stand. The ends came off two of the spokes but went back on easily enough. Overall very happy.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. I bought a parasol which was cheap and nasty. Told them I wanted to exchange it for something else I’d seen on their website. But they don’t do exchanges. I had to go to a print shop to print two labels. My printer doesn’t work, but also who is expected to have a printer these days??
I arranged a collection with Evri, which never happened. Christows response to that was that I needed to create another return as Evri can’t be arsed with returns, only deliveries. Absolutely appalling service

We had a great experience buying a garden parasol from Christows. It was our first visit, their website was clear and extensive. We made our choice and placed an order. Delivery was promised for three days and three days later the parasol duly arrived. Packaging was fine, the product was undamaged and as described. Very pleased with the colour and quality of the canopy. In my opinion we received an excellent service, good value for money. I'd recommend Christows.
