Great experience, product exactly as advertised, very pleased with Casio mudmaster watch.

Considering it’s advertised as a professional dealer they can’t get the date right , ie sold as 23 yet it’s a 22 yr watch !! , ruined a 21 st birthday , offered a full refund but not the point ?? Never again .

Really bad customer service from this website, they take days to reply to emails regarding £3000 watch and also let fake watches sell on their site unfortunately.

I think the most important thing to me was your reassurance of authenticity, the escrow system and your approval of the watch dealers involved. Otherwise I would not have risked such a large sum.
On the downside was your answer to questions about import of crocodile skin straps and customs could have been more useful. Also I arranged with the dealer to pick up the watch in person, but you sent me, probably an automated message, to say it had been shipped to me. I had to contact the dealer in Geneva to confirm this was not the case and that my driving from UK was not in vain. Otherwise a good experience and I’m very pleased with the watch.

Easy to communicate. The watch is in pristine condition and far exceeds my expectations. The watch came earlier than expected.

I'm currently having significant problems getting a refund from Chrono24 for a watch I purchased from one of their sellers ivshc, in Hong Kong, which is defective and came without a warranty card. Both the seller and Chrono24 appear to be ignoring my messages, which are just asking for clarity on a return address for the watch so that I can get a refund.

Chrono24 holds the customer's money in their escrow account for 14 days after a purchase, and customers allegedly have 14 days after receiving a watch in which to cancel the transaction. I've emailed Chrono24 several times in the last few days and received no reply from them.

I'll update this review if the outcome improves. At the moment, it seems that Chrono24 are the only one's to gain by holding onto customer funds. And I may well have to raise a dispute with MasterCard and my bank if they are unwilling to honour their stated guarntee of customer protection.
