The engineer Paul Andrews was excellent. He telephoned when he was on his way for 9.15am here on Wed 16 July 2026. He carried out an inspection of my intruder alarm and advised me that he had replaced battery, a bill for which I would receive in the post as I do not do e-banking.

NHS site service
During your visit to our site, you removed all out of date fire extinguishers (normally kept for training) This has led to me needing to use operational stock rather than out of date stock. This was not ideal. This was not completed by Matt (it was the engineer before his visit) The current engineer is engaging and communicates effectively.
