Customer support across many companies seems to have declined in recent years, so I wasn’t expecting much when I realized I had made a mistake on my order. My issue was resolved right away.

I had a problem with the product I ordered and I emailed customer service they answered immediately. They tried to rectify the problems I was having with the product. I am in the US. As a company overseas. I have had issues with companies that didn’t care about their customers. They are truly a stand up company!

Cat# DSSR-AP-BK-15 phone case with privacy screen. One disappointment as I was under the impression it was made of some type of metal but it's actually plastic. Another thing that disappoint me is the fact that the privacy glass sits above the case so if you drop it, it's gonna either break or scratch up your privacy glass. You would think they would put some type of elevation around the rim of the case, but they don't and I don't know if he can change his privacy glass out if it breaks it's kind of stupid designed to be honest with you. My third disappointment is how slick it is. This is definitely gonna slip out of my hands. At least could've put some rubber ass material around the sides of the phone, but they don't. The good thing about this phone case your phone fits very snug in there no problem all the buttons work pretty good no problem there and it looks good. The magnet part that they advertised it shut the phone. It's not as quite as strong as I thought it was gonna be, but I mean it is there it does work. I pay 35 bucks for it but sure in fact it was ship directly out of China. I really think it's worth 35 bucks maybe 20 your wife that's why he gets three star. I has more negatives than it did positives.

I have had mixed but mostly negative experiences with this company. Generally speaking the quality of their products is good. There are two problems though. The first delivery. The delivery process is absolutely awful. It can take weeks or months to receive your items. Equally bad, there’s almost no way to track the status of your order.
With my most recent order, it sat having never left the company for two weeks. When I emailed them asking them to give me the status of the delivery or issue me a refund, they said they were going to process a refund rather than giving any status of the delivery. I guess they never had any intention of delivering it.
In another prior incident, I received an item that I wanted to return. The return shipping fee was so high that it just wasn’t worth returning. I had to go to days of email exchanges to finally get to the point where I could find out how to return the item for a refund. By the way, because these guys are located in China, you send an email today asking a question. It will take at least 24 hours before you get a reply. So if you can’t get your question answered in the first go around you left with no choice but to take days exchanging emails.The most infuriating thing was that the shipping to return the item was twice the cost to ship it to me. Maybe this is their return policy. If so, it’s a pretty bad policy.
Here are my suggestions:
1. If there’s something you want from chubby cable, see if you can get it from Amazon. At least there you have a recourse to return items or cancel orders.
2. My suggestion to the company is to fix your tracking system so that your customers can know the status of their order.
3. The company needs to fix their shipping process. There is no way that an order should sit in no man’s land for two weeks.
4. Before accepting an order, the company should indicate to the customer how long they expected delivery to take. It’s a black hole with this company.
5. The company need to fix their return policy. There has to be a reasonable way to return a product that is either no longer wanted or was mistakenly ordered.
Bottom line, I would not order from these guys and will never do so again

Fast service and delivery. Couldn't find how to use the tracking system but in the end everything was fine. This is a great cable four hooking up your cell phone to your GPS that is built into the newer Ski-Doo models sled that need to be plugged into your phone with a good quality cord in order to send the maps to the screen with no interruptions

Chubby Cable does not say their products ship from China. If they do, it is hidden in small print. I placed my order on February 6, 2026 and as of today (February 17, 2016), it is still in China. If you want or need their products in a timely manner, DO NOT purchase from them!!! UPDATE: Chubby Cable refunded my shipping charges since it took so long for the order to arrive. Thank You Chubby Cable.

I bought two phone cases from this website, delivery made 1/30/26. I immediately checked my items and found that I loved one case, but there was a scratching on the side (the material looked a little peeled, like getting scratched against the wall - which I did NOT inform them about), and the other I was just not happy with. Their description of the item and what I received just wasn't what I expected/not to my liking.
I immediately emailed their support email to let them know and to request a refund for the item that I did not like. I wanted to return it. I sent my email from my own (as in, not through their "Contact Us" on their website). Maybe that's my fault, but the website simply says to email them. I received no response (even sent a follow up on 2/2/26).
On 2/4/26, I finally used the "Contact Us" link on their website and informed that I was trying to do a refund.
The first response (2/5/26) was to offer a half-off a different item, but I didn't want anything else. Then they offered to send me "another style of the same product for free" (2/6/26): which I misunderstood, I thought they meant they'd send me another phone case (different style) for my same model for free. That is what I replied with.
I guess they don't work weekends (which is understandable), but waited all day Monday to see what they said and nothing, so I sent another email (2/9/26) informing that I would just like a refund (the entire exchange was getting tiring in terms of how long it took to get a response).
On 2/11/26, they sent me a response with a screenshot of their own response (but I had not received it), not sure what happened, but essentially they were asking if I needed a replacement or a discount. I declined and informed neither, I would like to do a full refund. On 2/12/26, they said due to shipping costs, etc, I could instead get a smaller refund without the need to send back my item (Item was $15, shipping would've been between $2-8, but they were offering $12 refund without shipping). I agreed, I just wanted some of my money back.
Once I accepted, didn't hear anything back (I was going to give them a week), and finally on 2/16/26, I got an email notification that the refund was processed.
The entire exchange has just left me wary about any future deals with the company. I'm not sure how many emails are received, or how many are employed, but I also didn't expect taking two weeks to get a refund back. Their products are not bad, but if you're picky, watch out! It may take a while to get a resolution, or just eat the expense.
