Unfortunately I still have an ongoing claim which is now into the 3 rd year and still waiting to go to court, because of the time it is taking my quotes are high this year it was £617 which I am struggling to afford. I am hopeful it will bd resolved this year !!

The insurance payment was a lot less than the cost of the repair. I was quoted a figure that the insurance contractor would charge , even though they hadn’t seen the job, and that was the figure the claim was based on leaving us to pay a large amount at the end

The customer service is the most unreachable ever. You need contact 3 or 4 different telephone numbers before getting the right person, it's extremely confusing. We've lost our vehicle after a third party crash and they kept charging the quote after we've been told they would cancel the policy to us and we won't need doing anything else. We felt so abandoned from them and not helped at all. We won't recommend this company to anybody.

My car was subject to a minor carpark fender bender by a driver who was insured by Churchill. I had to make phone contact with Churchill a few times, and trying to get through the auto-voice menus to speak with a human was really tricky if you weren't a Churchill customer as I didn't have my own Churchill policy number. When I did get thro to a human they were competent. Also the final Letter they initially issued to me omitted a significant detail and I had to chase them for a corrected Letter, which they did after 5days.
